在电气线路中，电路、电压是 基本的量。电路有直流和交流之分，因此电流和电压也有直流电流、交流电流和直流电压、交流电压之分。专门用于测量电流的仪表叫电流表，专门用于测量电压的仪表叫电压表。测量电流和电压应注意以下三个问题：

电流表必须与用电设备串联，电压表必须与用电设备并联；

Amperometers must be connected in series with electrical equipment, and voltmeters must be connected in parallel with electrical equipment.

根据被测量的大小，选择合适的量程。量程太大，测量不准确；量程太小，容易烧坏仪表。如果测量大小不能估计，可先选择 量程，然后根据指针偏转的情况，适当调整至合适的量程测量。

对直流的测量要注意仪表的极性，测量直流电流，接线应使电流从表的正极流进，负极流出；测量直流电压，应使表的正极接高电位端，负极接低电位端。

When measuring DC, we should pay attention to the polarity of the instrument, measure DC current, wiring should make the current flow from the positive pole to the negative pole of the meter, and measuring DC voltage should make the positive pole of the meter connect to the high potential end and the negative pole connect to the low potential end.
