Construction Method of Laying Direct Buried Cable Lines

首先是挖掘电缆沟：电缆埋地敷设是在地上挖一条深度0.8m左右的沟，沟宽0.6m。沟底平整后，铺上100mm厚的细砂土，作为电缆的垫层。

电缆的敷设一般分人工敷设和机械牵引两种。人工敷设用于规格较小的电缆，两组人员分站在电缆沟两旁，抬着电缆盘架沿敷设方向缓慢前进，将电缆渐渐放出线盘，落入沟内，机械牵引用于各种规格电缆，在电缆沟底，每隔两米放置一副滚轮；在电缆沟一端设放线架，在另一端放置卷扬机或绞盘，以8~10米/每分钟的速度把电缆拉出，落在滚轮上，然后撤出滚轮，将电缆松驰地敷在沟底，以便伸缩。在电缆上再铺上100mm厚的软土或细砂土，上面盖混凝土盖板或粘土砖，覆盖宽度应超过电缆直径两侧5Omm， 后在电缆沟内填土，覆土要高出地面150～200mm，并在电缆线路的两端、转弯处和中间接头处竖立标示桩。

Cable laying is generally divided into manual laying and mechanical traction. Manual laying is used for cables with smaller specifications. Two groups of people stand on both sides of the cable trench and lift the cable tray to move slowly along the laying direction. They gradually release the cable tray and drop it into the trench. Mechanical traction is used for cables of various specifications. At the bottom of the cable trench, a pair of rollers are placed every two meters; at one end of the cable trench, the cable tray is set up. Place a winch or winch at the other end, pull the cable out at a speed of 8 to 10 meters per minute, drop it on the rollers, then withdraw the rollers, and lay the cable relaxedly on the bottom of the ditch for expansion. The cable should be covered with 100 mm thick soft soil or fine sand, and covered with concrete cover or clay brick. The covering width should exceed 5 Omm on both sides of the cable diameter. Finally, the cable trench should be filled with soil 150-200 mm higher than the ground, and marking piles should be erected at both ends, turning points and middle and indirect ends of the cable line.

然后做好中间接头及终端头后，电缆施工即告完成，在交付使用前，还须进行相关测试。
