The NONIDET series of surfactants consists of low to moderately foaming nonionic alkoxylates based on linear alcohols. The Nonidet surfactants are supplied as 100 active products and are designed for applications requiring minimum foam levels, fast wetting, free rinsing characteristics, and high emulsification. The polyoxyethylene (EO) and polyoxypropylene (PO) content of these nonionic surfactants provide lower pour point and cloud point temperatures. The Nonidet surfactants provide reduced gel temperatures and offer lower free alcohol content without significantly decreasing the detergency performance or wetting capability when compared to other oxyethylene nonionic surfactants. The NONIDET surfactants are specifically designed for low-foam applications, such as mechanical dishwashing, rinse-aids, spray metal cleaning, or recirculation cleaning, and offer superior performance at an affordable price.
