水性厚板浆印不厚的原因

水性厚板浆印不厚怎么办？

1、选择浆料很重要、厚板浆有PU厚板浆，有普通厚板浆

2、网板一定要晒厚的网板，或把网板的四个角垫高起来

厚板浆调配比例

①  厚板浆（透明）+0.5%PTF增稠剂(华樾)印厚些

②  盖面：厚板浆（白）(80%)+厚板浆（透明）(20%)+0.5%PTF增稠剂(华樾)，印3次

③  红色厚板：厚板浆（白）(20%)+厚板浆（透明）(80%)+A014大红（劳安）+0.5%PTF增稠剂(华樾)，印3次

工艺流程

1. 丝网选用80-100目厚板，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印, 以厚板浆（透明）打底2-3次

2. 将厚板浆（白），厚板浆（透明），高温色浆搅拌匀印2-3次

3. 24-48小时自然干燥，或150-180度焙烘1-3分钟

Mix proportion

1 Waterborne thick plate pulp（Clear）+0.5% PTF Thickener（HY Chemical）  printing thickness

2 cover: Waterborne thick plate pulp（White） (80%) + Waterborne thick plate pulp（Clear） (20%) + 0.5% PTF Thickener（HY Chemical）, printed 3 times

3 red: Waterborne thick plate pulp（White） (20%) + Waterborne thick plate pulp（Clear） (80%) + Pigment Red A014(Laoan Chemical)+ 0.5% PTF Thickener（HY Chemical）, printed 3 times

Printing process

1. Printing with Waterborne thick plate pulp（Clear） for 2-3 times

2. Mixing with Waterborne thick plate pulp（White）, Waterborne thick plate pulp（Clear）, pigment and stirring them evenly.

3. Printing again for 3-4 times (3-4 scrapes per time).

4. Drying it in room temperature, or baking for 1-3 minutes under 150-180℃

5. Finish.
