NYP型内环式高粘度泵是一种容积式内转子泵。这种类型的泵自吸性能强，适用于输送不含固体颗粒和纤维的粘稠液体，甚至是半固体状态的液体，高输送粘度达到3*105厘泊。具有体积小、重量轻、脉动小、噪音低、运转平稳、寿命长等优点。

高粘度泵工作原理

高粘度泵是容积式内啮合齿轮泵，主动齿轮（外转子）带动被动齿轮（内转子）旋转时，不断产生封闭的空间，在吸油区齿轮逐渐脱离啮合而液体不断地充满齿间并被带到出油区，齿轮在出油区进入啮合时液体被排出。两个旋转齿轮的共同作用，形成一个稳定的体积排量，没有脉动。由于泵是完全对称的，泵可以反转，液流方向也随之改变。但应注意，泵的转向可能受到密封或泵内其它结构的限制，用户有反转要求时应在订货时做出说明。　

高粘度泵优点

　　流动稳定：流量与齿轮转速成正比，与压力无关

　　流动平稳：没有脉动和压力波峰，不会产生管道颤动。

　　多功能性：仅仅通过调整转子轴的位置，同一台泵既可以出来稀释溶液又可以出来沥青，糖浆，树脂，聚合物等高粘度液体。

　　可逆性：可以通过改变齿轮的旋转方向使液体反向流动，两种方向都能充分发挥泵的性能

　　自吸性：由泵产生高真空，允许在大自吸高度实现快速自吸，取决于泵送液体的物理特性（温度，蒸汽压力，粘度等）。

　　建议性：只有两个活动部件：主动轮和动轮，只有一个轴封。

　　坚固的重载结构：低转速。特大球轴承的外部轴承座可以承受轴向和径向负载。

　　磨损率低：由于主动轮和从动齿轮不成倍数关系。这就意味着磨损可以被均匀的分散在每个齿轮上。因为一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮接触另一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮的次数一样。

磨损调节系统：转子边缘的磨损可以通过调整转子轴的位置来补偿。这样，即使在有相当大的磨损的情况下，也可以保证泵的稳定性。

　　维护简单，维护率低：不用移动泵，管道或泵驱动装置就可以进行检查和调节。

　　互动性：标准组件的设计可实现不同材料和特性零部件之间的替换。例如：有多种轴封系统可供选择，还可以安装带夹套的外壳和轴盖来代替标准部件。

　　端口位置可改变：泵壳可在轴承箱上旋转以从不同位置处吸排液体。
