分子结构特点

1、刚性和柔性  在聚碳酸酯的主链结构中有苯环、异丙基、酯键，因而使聚碳酸酯既有刚性和韧性，但主链结构中的酯键却使聚碳酸酯对水有敏感性。

2、熔融粘度高  聚碳酸酯在240?C～300?C时，熔融粘度为10000～2.1X10000Pa．S。由于熔体粘度较高，流动性差，故给注射成型带来了一定的困难。

3、结晶性  聚碳酸酯是具有规整结构的聚合物，只有在某种特定条件下产生结晶，保持某种结晶度，经X光衍射分析，测得聚碳酸酯的晶胞大小为1.18nmX1.01nmX2.15nm。在通常成型条件下。由于其晶核极小，可以视为 非结晶型聚合物。
