PA66树脂通常叫做PA66干切片。干燥后的PA66 树脂在包装时的物料温度通常较高, 一般可达80 ℃以上。为防止PA66干切片在包装后储存时含水率升高, PA66干切片的包装都是采用气密性良好的内置铝箔的复合包装袋包装和储存。由于包装的物料温度在短时间内很难下降, 加之包装袋内含有一定的氧气, 很容易导致物料在包装袋内储存一段时间后产生表面发黄现象, 从而造成产品质量下降。因此, 了解PA66干切片在包装后储存时表面发黄的原因, 针对性地改进干燥后PA66树脂的输送工艺流程、改变物料在料仓中的存放时间、降低包装袋内的氧含量及改进PA66树脂在包装后的存放习惯, 对于稳定和控制产品质量十分必要。

要避免干燥后的PA66树脂在包装后储存时表面发黄现象的产生, 可以降低PA66树脂在包装时的温度及包装袋内的氧含量为了既能保证干燥后的PA66树脂的水分又能降低PA66树脂在包装时的温度, 可以采取如下方法:在PA66树脂干燥后的物料输送管线上加装冷冻水夹套, 利用热量交换原理来降低干燥后的PA66树脂表面温度;在包装时采用抽真空的方法降低PA66树脂包装袋内的氧含量。为了能更有效地预防干燥后的PA66树脂在包装后储存时表面发黄现象的发生及尽可能地降低在包装时PA66树脂的温度, 还要尽量做到干燥后的PA66树脂在包装前要在成品料仓内暂存36h, 待物料温度充分下降后再进行包装;包装后的PA66树脂垛盘在储存时, 要采取垛盘间距保持在15cm左右的存放距离, 以利于通风和散热。
