德国《LOCKE》洛克--进口衬氟闸阀的种类 ,按密封面配置可分为楔式闸板式闸阀和平行闸板式闸阀 , 楔式闸板式闸阀又可 分为 : 单闸极式、双闸板式和弹性闸板式;平行闸板式闸阀可分为单闸板式和双闸板式。按阀杆的螺纹位置划分，可分为明杆闸阀和暗杆闸阀两种。适用在-50℃～150℃的各种浓度的王水、硫酸、盐酸、氢氟酸和各种有机酸、强酸、强氧化剂，FEP还适用于各种浓度的强碱有机溶剂以及其它腐蚀性气体、液体介质的管路上使用。

三、进口衬氟闸阀工作原理：

进口衬氟闸阀是一种 带见的启闭阀门，利用两侧面密封呈楔状的闸板来接通或截断管路中介质，楔式闸阀不允许微量开启在管路中作节流装置用，以免因高速流动的介质冲蚀而加快密封面的损坏。FEP(F46)、PCTFE(F3)衬氟阀门适用在-50℃~150℃的各种浓度的王水、氢氟酸和各种有机酸、强酸、强氧化剂，FEP还适用于各种浓度的强碱有机溶剂以及其它腐蚀性气体、液体介质的管路上使用。

四、进口衬氟闸阀性能特点：

1、重量轻本体采用高级球黑铸铁制成，重量较传统闸阀重量减轻约20%~30%，安装维修方便;

2、平底式闸座:传统的闸阀往往在通水洗管后即因外物诸如石头，木块、水泥、铁屑、杂物等淤积于阀底凹槽内，容易造成无法关闭紧密而形成漏水现象，弹性座封闸阀底部采用与水管机同的平底设计，不易造成杂物淤积，使流体畅通无阻;

3、整体包胶:闸板采用高品质的橡胶进行整体内、外包胶，欧洲一流的橡胶硫化技术使得硫化后的闸板能够保证精确的几何尺寸，且橡胶与球墨铸闸板接着牢靠，不易脱落及弹性记忆佳;

4、精铸阀体:阀体采用精密铸造，精确的几何尺寸使得阀体内部无需任何精加工即可保证阀门的密封性。

3、 Working principle of imported fluorine lined gate valve:

The imported fluorine lined gate valve is the most common open close valve. It uses wedge-shaped gate with two side seals to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. The wedge-shaped gate valve is not allowed to be opened slightly. It is used as a throttling device in the pipeline, so as to avoid the damage of the sealing surface due to the erosion of high-speed flowing medium. FEP (F46) and PCTFE (F3) fluorine lined valves are suitable for aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids and strong oxidants with various concentrations from - 50 ℃ to 150 ℃. FEP is also suitable for pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media.

4、 Performance characteristics of imported fluorine lined gate valve:

1. Light weight. The body is made of high-grade ductile iron, which is about 20% ~ 30% lighter than the traditional gate valve. It is easy to install and maintain;

2. Flat bottom gate seat: the traditional gate valve often uses the same flat bottom design as the water pipe machine at the bottom of the gate valve, which is easy to cause water leakage due to the deposition of foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, iron chips, debris, etc. in the groove at the bottom of the valve after the water pipe is washed;

3. Integral coating: the ram adopts high-quality rubber for integral inner and outer coating. The European first-class rubber vulcanization technology ensures the accurate geometric dimension of the vulcanized ram, and the rubber and nodular cast RAM are firmly connected, which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory;

4. Investment casting valve body: the valve body adopts precision casting, and the precise geometric size makes the valve body internal without any finishing to ensure the sealing of the valve.
