5.黄铜材料的阀杆螺母,开关更顺畅；

6.POM密封轴套充分隔离阀体与阀杆接触面；

7. 防尘盖设计减少异物与流体进入。

1、 Product introduction of imported German standard soft seal gate valve

The German "Locke" imported German standard soft seal gate valve uses the deformation compensation function of the whole body to achieve good sealing effect, and overcomes the problems of poor sealing, water leakage and rust of general gate valves. The bottom of German standard soft seal gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris deposition and make the fluid unobstructed. It can be widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, textile, electric power, ship, metallurgy, energy system, as regulating and intercepting device on fluid pipeline.

2、 Technical parameters of imported German standard soft seal gate valve:

Nominal diameter: dn40-dn 1200

Nominal pressure: 1.6mpa-2.5mpa

Applicable temperature: ≤ 80 ℃

Applicable media: water, oil, sewage, seawater

Body material: cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, carbon steel, stainless steel

Connection mode: flange connection

Flange standard: German standard

3、 Working principle of imported German standard soft seal gate valve:

The imported German standard soft seal gate valve uses the compensation effect of micro deformation produced by elastic gate to achieve good sealing effect. The valve has the advantages of light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life.

4、 Performance characteristics of imported German standard soft seal gate valve:

1. Ductile iron precision casting, not easy to crack and freeze crack;

2. Spray the valve body with special technology to effectively prevent corrosion and rust;

3. The valve plate is covered with EPDM rubber, and the sealing performance is stable;

4. Three "O" ring seal design, low switch resistance;

5. The valve stem nut made of brass material can switch more smoothly;

6. The POM seal sleeve fully isolates the contact surface between the valve body and the valve stem;

7. The dust cover is designed to reduce the entry of foreign matters and fluid.
