德国《LOCKE》洛克--进口电动刀型闸阀其闸板具有剪切功能，可刮除密封面上的粘着物，自动清除杂物。不锈钢闸板可防止腐蚀引起的密封泄漏。驱动部分采用多回转电动装置，用以驱动和控制阀门的开启和关闭，操作人员可以在控制室内远距离对阀门进行控制也可以现场手动操作，也可以与计算机配合实现计算机自动控制。广泛应用于排水、供热、电站、化工、食品、造纸、制药、煤碳、采矿等工程，满足了现代工、农业自动化要求。

三、进口电动刀闸阀工作原理：

进口电动刀型闸阀由对夹式刀型闸阀与电动执行机构组合而成，它的启闭件是闸板，闸板的运动方向与流体方向相垂直，靠可以切割纤维材料的刀刃形闸板来切断介质。通过电动执行装置电源驱动使阀板作上升或者下降的运动，从而控制阀门的开启和关闭，如配置传感器或数字显示装置，可进行远距离计算机自动控制。

四、进口电动刀闸阀性能特点：

1、采用全圆形的通道设计，刀板底端加工成刀刃，光洁度高，保证了良好的密封性;

2、在刀板上端安装有聚四氟乙烯、刮泥器，可防止粉尘砂砾等擦伤性物质进入填料盒;

3、聚胶脂或含Ni耐磨铸铁制成的耐磨折边锥体安装在刀闸阀的进口端，可防止颗粒物料直接冲刷在密封上，从而可改善的工作条件，延长寿命;

4、根据需要，可在阀体四周设置多个冲洗口，直接用空气、蒸汽或水进行冲洗，防止沉淀物逐渐堆积，对于输入困难的流体特别适用;

3、 Working principle of imported electric knife gate valve:

The imported electric knife gate valve is composed of a pair of clip type knife gate valve and an electric actuator. Its opening and closing part is a gate. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The medium is cut off by the blade gate which can cut the fiber material. The valve plate is driven up or down by the power supply of the electric actuator, so as to control the opening and closing of the valve. If the sensor or digital display device is configured, the remote computer automatic control can be carried out.

4、 Performance characteristics of imported electric knife gate valve:

1. The full circle channel design is adopted, and the bottom end of the cutter plate is processed into a blade, with high finish and good sealing;

2. Polytetrafluoroethylene and mud scraper are installed on the upper end of the knife plate to prevent dust, gravel and other abrasives from entering the stuffing box;

3. The wear-resistant folded cone made of polygum grease or Ni bearing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve, which can prevent the particle material from directly washing on the seal, so as to improve the working conditions and prolong the service life of the knife gate valve;

4. According to the need, a plurality of flushing ports can be set around the valve body to directly flush with air, steam or water to prevent the gradual accumulation of sediment. It is especially suitable for fluids with difficult input;
