三、进口锻钢闸阀工作原理：

进口锻钢闸阀在设计时充分考虑了其承受管道压力的能力，阀体采用锻造材料(A105,F304,F316)，在最大的额定工作压力下能保证其有足够的强度和刚度，没有铸件所固有的缺陷。分体式阀体足够的壁厚和采用高强度的连接螺栓，有利于阀门的保养和维护，并足以承受管道的压力。

四、进口锻钢闸阀性能特点：

1、产品设计制造按API标准，性能优良、与设备配套使用;

2、600Lb以上闸板与阀座密封采用司太立(stellite)钴基硬合金堆焊而成，耐磨、耐高温，耐腐蚀，抗擦伤性能好、使用长;

3、阀杆经调质和表面氮化处理，有良好的抗腐蚀性和抗擦伤性;

4、采用楔式弹性闸板结构，中大口径设置滚动轴承，启闭轻松;

5、阀体材料品种齐全，填料、垫片根据实际工况或用户要求合理选配，能适用于压力、温度及介质工况;

3、 Working principle of imported forged steel gate valve:

The design of imported forged steel gate valve fully considers its ability to bear pipeline pressure. The valve body is made of forged materials (A105, f304, F316). Under the maximum rated working pressure, it can ensure that it has sufficient strength and stiffness, without inherent defects of castings. The separated valve body with enough wall thickness and high strength connecting bolts is conducive to the maintenance of the valve and can bear the pressure of the pipeline.

4、 Performance characteristics of imported forged steel gate valve:

1. The product is designed and manufactured according to API standard, with excellent performance and matching with equipment;

2. The seal of gate and valve seat above 600Lb is made of Stellite cobalt base hard alloy by overlaying welding. It is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, good scratch resistance and long service life;

3. After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance;

4. Wedge type elastic gate structure is adopted, rolling bearing is set in medium and large diameter, easy to open and close;

5. The valve body has a wide range of materials, and the packing and gasket are reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user's requirements, which can be applied to the working conditions of pressure, temperature and medium;

6. The 1500Lb and 2500lb middle cavities adopt pressure self tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, and the reliability is high.

7. The inverted seal is made of stainless steel thread connection seal seat or body overlaying austenitic stainless steel. The inverted seal is reliable. The filler replacement and maintenance can be carried out without shutdown, which is convenient and fast without affecting the system operation.
