一、进口高温对焊闸阀产品介绍：

德国《LOCKE》洛克--进口高温对焊闸阀具有启闭迅捷、密封、寿命长、重量轻、铸件工艺性好以及安装不需法兰、管件、垫片，并减少两个泄漏点等一系列优点，可大限度地满足各类用户的节能降耗、降本增盈及环保要求。

三、进口高温对焊闸阀性能特点：

1、产品设计制造按ASMEB16.34、E101标准，可与进口设备配备使用;

2、阀门中腔采用压力自紧式密封结构，内腔压力越高密封性能越好;

3、支管两端为对焊连接，适应不同的接管要求;

4、阀瓣、阀座的密封面采用stellite司太立钴基硬合金堆焊而成，耐磨、耐高温，抗擦伤性能好、使用寿命长;

5、阀盖填料函尝试合理,填料加缓蚀剂,密封可靠,开关平稳;

6、阀门具有上密封结构,保证阀门开启运行时阀杆处不会外漏;

7、电动闸阀的开启和关闭由电动装置来控制，电动装置分别配有专用电机、减速器、转矩控制机构，现场操作机构，手动、电动切换机构。除就地操作外，还可进行远距离操作。

四、进口高温对焊闸阀工作原理：

有两种标准形式，一种是遵循ANSIB16.34和JISL1E101标准的引进型，另一种是按JB3595标准的国标型。其遵循的温度-压力等级是一致的，在一些管道中存在着某种互换关系。电站焊接闸阀中部采用无阀盖压力自紧式，在高温高压工况下具有良好的密封性能。自密封圈有两种材料，一种是低碳钢，另一种是柔性石墨316丝(网)。密封面上层焊钻基硬合金，其加工后的纯金属层≥3mm，具有耐磨、耐高温、抗腐蚀、抗擦伤、使用寿命长。支管两端为焊接结构，焊按坡口可按标准或用户要求制作。电站焊接闸阀适用于火电厂、石油化工、冶金等高温高压的水、冶金等高温高压的水、蒸汽、油品、过热蒸汽的管道上。

3、 Performance characteristics of imported high temperature butt welding gate valve:

1. The products are designed and manufactured according to asmeb16.34 and E101 standards, and can be equipped with imported equipment;

2. The pressure self tightening sealing structure is adopted in the middle chamber of the valve. The higher the pressure in the inner chamber, the better the sealing performance;

3. Both ends of the branch pipe are butt welded to meet different requirements of the connecting pipe;

4. The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is overlaid with Stellite Stellite cobalt based cemented carbide, which is characterized by wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life;

5. The stuffing box of the valve cover is reasonable, the stuffing is added with corrosion inhibitor, the sealing is reliable, and the switch is stable;

6. The valve has upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak when the valve is opened;

7. The opening and closing of the electric gate valve is controlled by the electric device, which is respectively equipped with special motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, field operation mechanism, manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to local operation, it can also be operated remotely.

4、 Working principle of imported high temperature butt welding gate valve:

There are two kinds of standard forms, one is the imported type following ansib16.34 and jisl1e101 standard, the other is the national standard type according to jb3595 standard. It follows the same temperature pressure rating, and there is some exchange relationship in some pipelines. The middle part of the welding gate valve in the power station adopts the pressure self tightening type without valve cover, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure. Self sealing ring has two kinds of materials, one is low carbon steel, the other is flexible graphite 316 wire (mesh). The upper layer of sealing surface is welded with drill based cemented carbide, and the processed pure metal layer is more than or equal to 3mm, which has wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life. Both ends of the branch pipe are welded structure, and the welding groove can be made according to the standard or user's requirements.
