三、进口气动刀闸阀工作原理：

进口气动刀闸阀适用于带有悬浮颗粒、纤维材料的纸浆、污水、煤浆、灰渣水泥混合物等介质的管道，靠可以切割纤维材料的刀刃形闸板来切断这些介质。阀体实际上不存在腔室，闸板在侧面导向槽内升降，并由底部的凸耳紧压在阀座上，如需达到较高的介质密封性时，可选用O形密封阀座实现双向密封。按驱动方式分为手动刀型闸阀、气动刀型闸阀、电动刀型闸阀。

四、进口气动刀闸阀性能特点：

1、阀体采用整体式设计，流体阻力小，操作灵活方便；

2、手动刀闸阀螺杆传动采用双平面轴承设计，使得传动摩擦力大大减小，方便阀门的开启关闭；

3、刀闸阀的密封阀座采用活动式密封，且采用O型圈预紧提供预紧力使密封阀座紧贴阀板，泄漏量大大减少，对在长期使用中密封副的磨损有自动补偿功能，提高阀门的使用寿命；

4、固定导向爪、无凹槽设计，不易引起介质积存和卡阻；

5、阀座可根据介质和工矿的需要，选金属硬密封或软密封：闸板采用表面镀硬铬或离子氮化处理，使闸板更耐磨，密封面使用寿命增强;软密封阀座可选PTFE、NBR、EPDM阀座，密封性好，耐腐蚀；

6、配上双作用或单作用气缸，输入5kg气源，通过电磁换向阀即可控制浆液阀的打开和关闭。

3、 Working principle of inlet pneumatic knife gate valve:

The imported pneumatic knife gate valve is suitable for pipelines with suspended particles, fiber materials, pulp, sewage, coal slurry, ash cement mixture and other media. These media can be cut off by the blade gate which can cut fiber materials. In fact, there is no chamber in the valve body. The gate rises and falls in the side guide groove, and is tightly pressed on the valve seat by the lug at the bottom. In order to achieve high medium tightness, the O-shaped sealing valve seat can be selected to achieve bidirectional sealing. According to the driving mode, it is divided into manual knife gate valve, pneumatic knife gate valve and electric knife gate valve.

4、 Performance characteristics of imported pneumatic knife gate valve:

1. The valve body adopts integral design, with small fluid resistance and flexible and convenient operation;

2. The screw drive of manual knife gate valve adopts double plane bearing design, which greatly reduces the transmission friction and facilitates the opening and closing of the valve;

3. The sealing valve seat of knife gate valve adopts movable sealing, and uses O-ring pre tightening to provide pre tightening force, which makes the sealing valve seat close to the valve plate, greatly reduces the leakage, and has automatic compensation function for the wear of sealing pair in long-term use, so as to improve the service life of the valve;

4. Fixed guide claw, no groove design, not easy to cause media accumulation and jam;

5. The valve seat can be metal hard seal or soft seal according to the needs of medium and Industry: the surface of the gate is plated with hard chromium or ion nitriding treatment, which makes the gate more wear-resistant and improves the service life of the sealing surface; PTFE, NBR and EPDM seats can be selected as soft sealing seats, with good sealing performance and corrosion resistance;

6. Equipped with double acting or single acting cylinder, 5kg air source is input, and the slurry valve can be controlled to open and close through the electromagnetic directional valve.
