水冷式冷水机特点：

1、机组概论

采用松下，谷轮，三菱等进口品牌压缩机，节能降耗效果明显，运行平稳可靠，故障率低，使用寿命长，整机结构紧凑，易于安装、维护，操作简单。

2、微电脑控制:

高精的数显控制器，反映灵敏，温度控制精确，自动故障报警并显故障原因，人性化设计更利于非专业人员的良性熟练操作控制。

3、制冷元件及电器组件:

膨胀阀，电磁阀、过滤器均采用：爱默生，丹沸斯等世界知名品牌。交流接触器、热继电器等主要电器组件均采用德国施耐德等国际品牌，极大的提高了几组的使用性能.

4、保护功能:

A、高低压力保护：确保制冷系统在工况超出机组使用范围时实现自动保护。

B、电源保护：缺相保护、逆相保护、欠电压保护、过载保护、马达过热保护。

C、防冻保护:在冷冻水温度过低时，机组自动停机。

D、水流保护：当系统水流停止或水流量过小，机组自动停机。

E、过载保护:当压缩机、水泵出现过载，机组制动停止并报警。

5、冷凝器、蒸发器:

采用换热铜管，有效提高了机组整体的热交换能力，大的发挥了机组制冷能效。在与高腐蚀性流体接触的部分，采用优质不锈钢、钛合金管、PPR材料制作，可有防止酸、碱性对系统的高度腐蚀，增加整机的使用年限。

4. Protection function:

B. Power supply protection: open phase protection, reverse phase protection, under voltage protection, overload protection, motor overheating protection.

C. Antifreeze protection: when the temperature of chilled water is too low, the unit will stop automatically.

D. Water flow protection: when the system water flow stops or the water flow is too small, the unit will stop automatically.

E. Overload protection: when the compressor and water pump are overloaded, the unit will stop braking and give an alarm.

5. Condenser, evaporator:

The use of heat exchange copper tube effectively improves the overall heat exchange capacity of the unit and greatly improves the refrigeration efficiency of the unit. In the part contacting with high corrosive fluid, it is made of high quality stainless steel, titanium alloy tube and PPR material, which can prevent the high corrosion of acid and alkali to the system and increase the service life of the whole machine.

6. Scope of application: mainly for electroplating, chemical industry and other corrosive industry equipment cooling supporting engineering.
