三、进口防爆电磁阀性能特点：

1、在安装电磁阀前，管道必须清洗干净，否则将影响电磁阀使用寿命。

2、介质含有杂质，阀前必须装过滤器(滤网≥80目/cm2);且无疑固或晶体现象。

3、用于液体和气体管路的开关控制，是两位DO控制。一般用于管道的控制，进口不锈钢法兰防爆电磁阀常见于DN15及以上管道，往下就很少了。

四、进口防爆电磁阀工作原理：

常闭：当线圈通电时，电磁铁芯吸合，卸压孔打开，主活塞由介质压力推动，打开主阀口，介质流通。

当线圈断电时，主阀口关闭，介质截止。

常开：当线圈通电时，电磁铁芯吸合，卸压孔关闭，主活塞由介质压力推动，关闭主阀口，介质截止。

当线圈断电时，主阀口打开，介质流通。

4、 Working principle of imported explosion-proof solenoid valve:

Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is closed, the pressure relief hole is opened, the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure, the main valve port is opened, and the medium flows.

When the coil is powered off, the main valve port is closed and the medium is cut off.

Normally open: when the coil is energized, the electromagnet core is closed, the pressure relief hole is closed, the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure, the main valve port is closed, and the medium is cut off.

When the coil is powered off, the main valve port opens and the medium flows.
