三、进口油用电磁阀工作原理：

常闭：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。

常开：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。

3、 Working principle of imported oil solenoid valve:

Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened. When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.

Normally open: when the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.

四、进口油用电磁阀性能特点：

1、油品种类繁多，密封件技术是关键之一。耐油橡胶只是类别名称，不同的油甚至同种油所含杂质不同就需选不同的耐油橡胶。例如，能耐有铅汽油就不一定耐无铅汽油。近年来随专用电磁阀销量的增多，专用耐油橡胶的寿命也不断提高。

2、油品的粘度差异很大，须选用不同结构的电磁阀。高粘度的油还常在高温的状态下流通，所以电磁阀还随之要解决耐高温的问题。对于燃油还需满足防爆要求。
