三、进口先导式电磁阀工作原理：

线圈通电之后，先导孔因为电磁力而打开，这时候上腔压力快速下降，在阀芯的周围就形成了压差，且下面的压力更大。流体的压力推动着电磁阀的关闭件向上移动，此时阀门就可以打开。

当电磁阀断电之后，弹簧的恢复力把先导孔关闭，入口的压力通过旁通孔形成上面的压力较高，而流体的压力推动着电磁阀关闭件向下移动，电磁阀关闭。

3、 Working principle of imported pilot solenoid valve:

After the coil is electrified, the pilot hole is opened because of the electromagnetic force. At this time, the pressure in the upper chamber drops rapidly, forming a pressure difference around the valve core, and the lower pressure is greater. The pressure of the fluid pushes the closing part of the solenoid valve upward, and the valve can be opened at this time.

When the solenoid valve is powered off, the spring's restoring force closes the pilot hole, the inlet pressure is formed through the bypass hole, and the upper pressure is higher, while the fluid pressure pushes the solenoid valve closing part downward, and the solenoid valve is closed.

四、进口先导式电磁阀性能特点：

1、先导式的好处是电磁头小，功耗小，节省能源，更重要的是发热小，线圈不易烧毁，可以长时间通电，这一点尤其被人重视。

2、先导式电磁阀和直通式电磁阀相比，虽然复杂，但是可以比前者实现更高更精确的控制效果，能够控制阀口的开关速度，对于降低液压冲击有很好的效果，具体看实现形式。对于精度要求不高的应用场合，可以用直通式电磁阀。

4、 Performance characteristics of imported pilot solenoid valve:

1. The advantages of pilot type are small electromagnetic head, low power consumption, energy saving, more importantly, small heating, coil is not easy to burn, and can be electrified for a long time.

2. Compared with the straight through solenoid valve, the pilot solenoid valve is more complex, but it can achieve higher and more accurate control effect than the former. It can control the opening and closing speed of the valve port, and has a good effect on reducing the hydraulic impact. See the implementation form for details. For applications with low accuracy requirements, straight through solenoid valve can be used.
