三、进口脉冲除尘电磁阀工作原理：

通过导线将电磁阀体内线圈输入正向脉冲信号，线圈产生的工作磁通，使动芯吸合，打开阀门。当停止正向脉冲信号输入时，动芯释放，动芯在弹簧力的作用下回复到初始状态，关闭阀门另外有自保持型的，停止输入正向脉冲或断电后也能保持，需要输入负向脉冲信号才能复位；脉冲电磁阀的工作原理，是利用电器的脉冲转化为机械的脉动，使得脉动气体的强大能量变成动量，在短时间内释放产生巨大冲力，用plc控制其脉冲的间隔应根据额定气体压力恢复时间来确定。

When the positive pulse signal input is stopped, the moving core is released, the moving core returns to the initial state under the action of the spring force, and the valve is closed. In addition, there is a self holding type, which can be maintained even after the positive pulse input is stopped or the power is cut off, and it can be reset only after the negative pulse signal is input; The working principle of pulse solenoid valve is to use the pulse of electrical equipment to transform into mechanical pulse, so that the powerful energy of pulse gas can be turned into momentum, which can be released in a short time to produce huge impulse. The interval of pulse controlled by PLC should be determined according to the rated gas pressure recovery time.

四、进口脉冲除尘电磁阀性能特点

1、电磁脉冲阀的外表无明显涂层剥落、划痕、毛刺等损伤;

2、产品的工作压力为0.1MPa～0.7MPa，介质为经过除油、除水处理的空气;

3、电磁脉冲阀应能承受0.8MPa的气源压力;

4、工作气源压力为0.1MPa时，即可使电磁脉冲阀关闭;

5、在规定的环境条件下，电磁线圈对外壳的绝缘电阻应大于1MΩ;

6、在室温为5度～35度，相对湿度不_过85%的条件下，电磁脉冲阀的电磁线圈对外壳能承受50Hz、250V的电压，历时1分钟无击穿现象。 7、在产品标称气源压力状态下，电磁脉冲阀的工作电压为额定电压的85%时，开启响应时间应小于0.0;

8、电磁脉冲阀在承受频率为20Hz、全幅值为2mm、历时30min的振动后应能正常工作;

9、在正常使用条件下，电磁脉冲阀膜片累计使用寿命应大于80万次。
