一、进口带止回电磁阀产品概述：

德国《LOCKE》洛克--进口带止回电磁阀是安装在管道中，防止介质反向压力比正向压力大的情况下，介质不会回流的环境中。电磁阀本身是具有工作方向的，当出口压力比进口压力大的时候，介质就会回流，而该带止回功能电磁阀是在电磁阀内部集成了一个止回装置，当出口压力大于进口的时候，介质也不回倒流。

三、进口带止回电磁阀工作原理：

常闭：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。

          当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。

常开：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。

          当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。

止回功能：当出口端得压力大于进口端，介质不会反向导通。

3、 Working principle of inlet solenoid valve with check valve:

When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.

Normally open: when the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.

When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.

Check function: when the pressure at the outlet is greater than that at the inlet, the medium will not conduct in the reverse direction.
