1 、电机： 全封闭型电机， 三相380V、5 0Hz 、2 级2 95 0 转/分、F级jue缘、防护类型IP6 8 ，通过足够的空间和表面积确保充分散热， 运行时请淹没电机的一半高度；

2 、密封： 电机和油室之间采用原装进口骨架密封， 油室充分润滑保证足够长的使用寿命和减小摩擦损失； 油室与泵腔采用高质量的碳化硅机械密封确保shou道密封的可靠性； 其余静密封均采用O 型密封圈密封；

3 、轴承： 全部采用免维护的原装进口SKF 轴承， 其中下轴承采用双列整体角接触球轴承， 完全适合此部位的受力情况， 从而确保更长的维护周期和使用寿命；

5 、监控系统： 电机各相都装有热敏电阻， 确保电机运行安全； 在油室内装有漏水探测电较， 实时检测密封的泄漏情况。

6 、电缆连接系统： 此系列泵全部采用接头与电缆一体化的高强度重型污水专用连接软电缆， 接头采用接线鼻子与电机引出线连接， 在接头外另有铁甲保护。

7 、安装系统：精细设计的小巧耦合装置，并在滑块上带有球式止回阀，方便维护和检查。

1. Motor: totally enclosed motor, three-phase 380V, 50Hz, 2-stage 2950 rpm, F-grade Jue edge, protection type IP68, ensure full heat dissipation through sufficient space and surface area. Please submerge half height of motor during operation;

2. Seal: the original imported skeleton seal is used between the motor and oil chamber, and the oil chamber is fully lubricated to ensure long service life and reduce friction loss; the oil chamber and pump chamber are sealed with high-quality silicon carbide mechanical seal to ensure the reliability of Shou channel seal; the other static seals are sealed with O-ring seals;

3. Bearing: all imported SKF bearings are free of maintenance, and the lower bearing adopts double row integral angular contact ball bearing, which is fully suitable for the stress condition of this part, so as to ensure a longer maintenance period and service life;

4. Crushing system: the grinding system consists of two systems. 1. The rotary cutting wheel installed in front of the impeller and the wave SAW gear fixed on the pump cover form a multi tooth cutting system; 2. The crushing system composed of the open impeller and the screw on the pump cover can make all solid substances entering the pump

5. Monitoring system: each phase of the motor is equipped with thermistor to ensure the safety of motor operation; the oil room is equipped with leakage detection electric comparison to detect the leakage of sealing in real time.

6. Cable connection system: all the pumps adopt high-strength heavy sewage special connecting soft cable which is integrated with the connector and cable, and the connector is connected with the motor lead-out line with the connector connected by iron armour outside the connector.

7. Installation system: a small coupling device with fine design and ball check valve on the slide block for easy maintenance and inspection.
