进口衬氟轴流泵由德国洛克公司自主研发设计的新型耐酸，耐高温，耐腐，耐磨里面轴流泵，采用氟塑料材料（PTFE，ETFE，PFA）制作，是当今世界耐腐蚀材料（俗称：塑料王），可输送任意浓（强）度的酸、碱、氧化剂等腐蚀性介质而毫不受损；既具有优异的耐温性，耐腐性，又具有非常好的耐磨性和优良的抗冲击性能，能适应各种不同的工况条件的泵，该泵既耐腐蚀又耐磨损，使用范围十分广泛，特别适用于含固量高，强酸性高温的腐蚀性介质（含固体颗粒的重量浓度≤10％，固体颗粒直径≤1.0mm）。

1、衬氟轴流泵是我公司参照GB/L13008标准结合非金属泵的工艺设计制造夹板式石墨轴流泵，具有耐高温、耐腐、耐磨、机械强度高、节能等优点，在-30℃～150℃的恶劣环境下可放心长期使用。 

2、泵体、叶轮、后盖、轴封箱、轴套、轴保护套、节流环、叶轮罩等过流件主要材料采用PTFE，ETFE，PFA，等材料供不同的工况条件选用。 

3、泵壳整体模压氟塑料材料，厚度25mm-50mm,对夹式设计，金属支撑，限制了全塑氟塑料泵壳受热轴向膨胀和受向压缩性变形，克服了泵体产生压缩变形、冷缩变形等导致机械性能不稳定的缺点，采用CFD计算机流体力学设计水力部件进行模块设计和模压成型，应能承受高速高压液体的冲刷，且能够承受瞬时热冲击的影响，具有高抗汽蚀能力、尺寸精准、流道光洁、互换性好，有效地提升了衬氟轴流泵运行稳定性。 

4、叶轮采用整体氟塑料材料，内加金属钳件，CFD计算机流体力学设计水力部件进行模块设计和精密加工，保证了可靠的扭矩传递，开式结构，流道优化设计、率、低NPSHR值，保证了泵流量及扬程稳定性；

5、泵的密封为集装式双端面耐高温耐腐耐磨机封，可输送含有颗粒，结晶介质。可配置API682标准密封布置和冲洗方案；

6、机封动环、静环采用高耐磨耐温的晶体碳化硅材料或HC276合金，其具有强度高、耐磨性及任性好、抗腐蚀性强，有效地保证泵的使用寿命；

7、后拉式设计，无需拆卸管道，维修方便；

8、结构形式：立式、卧式,直联传动、皮带传动、液力偶合、万向节传动。

3. The pump shell is integrally molded with fluoroplastic material, with a thickness of 25 mm-50 mm, For the clip type design and metal support, the axial expansion and compression deformation of the all plastic fluoroplastic pump shell under heating are limited, and the disadvantages of unstable mechanical properties caused by compression deformation and cold shrinkage deformation of the pump body are overcome. 4. The impeller is made of integral fluoroplastic material with metal clamp. The hydraulic components are designed by CFD computer fluid dynamics. The module design and precision machining of hydraulic components ensure reliable torque transmission. The open structure, optimized design of flow channel, low NPSHr value and low NPSHr value ensure the stability of pump flow and head;

5. The seal of the pump is a cartridge type double end face high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and wear-resistant mechanical seal, which can transport medium containing particles and crystals. Api682 standard sealing arrangement and flushing scheme can be configured;
