简要概述

        活细胞荧光示踪探针CFSE是美国AAT Bioquest生产的检测样品中存活细胞的试剂。细胞的荧光标记是确定总细胞数或样品中存在多少活细胞的有效方法。流式细胞仪结合荧光染色是分析异种细胞群体的有力工具。荧光素二乙酸酯（FDA）及其衍生物是扩散到细胞中的非荧光分子，并被细胞内非特异性酯酶水解产生荧光产物，荧光产物只能积聚在具有完整细胞膜的细胞中，因此，带有渗漏膜的死细胞不会被染色。
