 绞吸式挖泥船，又称绞吸式抽沙清淤船是根据客户场地来设计的一款，它运用液压式的绞刀对泥、沙、土进行挖掘切削，使砂体与水融为一体，从而增加了液体浓度，再运用抽沙泵将泥与水的混合体（泥浆）吸入并排送到场地。

 由于绞吸式挖泥船适用河道范围较大、适用工况范围较广，能够将挖掘、输送、排出和处理各工序一次性完成，能够使抽沙清淤过程连续作业，因此得到了广泛的应用。该类型的船舶得到了极大的发展，各施工单位也都优先购置使用绞吸式挖泥船。

 绞吸挖泥船整船组装完成，在进行生产的前夕，要保证各个部件分别相继调试试机运转，空运转状况下一切正常。首先启动辅机，将有辅机带动的液压系统调至工作状态，进行绞吸挖泥船尾部的锚桩定位，再进行船 左右两侧的抛锚定位，将绞吸挖泥船置于进行生产的待机状态（图1），启动桥架控制器，将带有绞刀的桥架慢慢放入

水中（图2），启动主机带动清淤泵工作（图5），严格按照清淤泵的清淤浓度指示、输送压力指示进行操作，启动绞刀装置对泥、沙、土层进行切削搅拌（图3），定时检查输送管道的密封状态（图6），发现问题及时处理，在清淤管道的出口处可采取泥浆样品，进行实际的工作浓度检测（图7、8），比对操作室内真空浓度表的指示数值，以便总结和做出更加合理有效的操作经验。

Mud samples can be taken at the outlet of the desilting pipe, the actual concentration of the work (figure 7,8) , compared with the operating room vacuum concentration table indicator values, in order to summarize and make more reasonable and effective operation experience.
