一、产品介绍

YGW-40B钢筋反复弯曲试验机是由我公司研制开发的 新型钢材弯曲试验机，本机采用卧式结构设计，具有美观紧凑、弯曲角度任选自控、停车后无惯性、操作方便快捷、性能可靠等特点。

YGW-40B钢筋反复弯曲试验机可以完成带肋钢筋、棒材、管材、板材等金属材料的弯曲及反弯曲试验，测定其弯曲塑性变形能力。

三、产品详情

1、本机结构紧凑，刚性强，弯曲试验操作方便快捷；

2、采用液压双向油缸加载，加荷速度快、效率高，液压油路中设计有压力传感器装置，对试样弯曲进行弯曲压力显示，并可适当进行弯曲负荷保持。活塞前端设计弯心快换机构，快速更换不同规格弯心；

3、采用专有技术设计的支撑距离调整机构、弯心行程调整、弯曲角度指示机构、反弯压头，使正反弯曲试验准确、平稳、可靠；

4、可完成弯曲钳口的同步进退，以调整弯曲支点距离，能够进行180°弯曲试验；

5、本机采用光电编码器进行角度测量，控制显示准确、可靠，弯曲角度任意设置，具备弯曲角度显示装置；

6、本机设有氧化皮回收装置，可将氧化皮通过内部接料盘自动流回机外料桶中。

3.features
