橡胶双头磨片机使用方法：

★拨动小手把，使滚花偏心球张开，将橡胶试片的一端夹入，再将试片的另一端逆时针方向，沿着工作轮运用活动压棍压好。

★启动电动机，使砂轮向着前头所示方向转动。

★摇动手柄，使上拖板沿着下层轨向着进给，手柄上装有刻度盘，每小格为0.02毫米。

★拨动手轮中装有保险装置。手轮只许朝逆时针方向转动，反之用力过猛将会损坏其保险装置。

★磨片机在工作时应先粗磨、后细磨。

How to use the double-head rubber mill:

★ Push the small handle to make the knurled eccentric ball open, clamp one end of the rubber test piece, and then press the other end of the test piece counterclockwise along the working wheel to press it down.

★ Start the motor and turn the grinding wheel in the direction shown at the front.

★ Shake the handle so that the upper carriage feeds along the lower rail. The handle is equipped with a scale, each grid is 0.02 mm.

★ The safety device is installed in the handwheel. The handwheel can only be turned counterclockwise, otherwise excessive force will damage its safety device.

★ Grinding machine should be rough ground first and fine ground later.

橡胶双头磨片机维护与保养：

★如发现磨出的试片厚度不均及不平整现象，应检查砂轮平面是否下平行。

★如发现砂轮有失调失圆现象，应用割刀修正平面。

★定期给拖板工作面加润滑面，以保持正常工作。

★经常调整螺母与丝杆的间隙大小。

★该机安装在无震动及无腐败来源的环境中。

Maintenance and maintenance of rubber double-head grinding machine:

★ If uneven thickness and unevenness of the test piece are found, check whether the plane of the grinding wheel is parallel.

★ If the wheel is found to be out of balance, use a cutter to correct the plane.

★ Add lubricating surface to the working surface of the pallet regularly to keep it working normally.

★ Always adjust the gap between the nut and the screw.

★ The machine is installed in an environment with no vibration and no sources of corruption.
