一、产品简介：漆膜干燥时间测定器依据GB/T 1728-89设计制造。在规定的干燥条件下，表层膜干时间为表干时间。全部形成固体涂膜的时间为实际干燥时间，以小时计。适用于涂膜、腻子膜实际干燥时间测定。

二、使用说明：

★涂在适当表面上的油漆试样从流体层变成漆膜之物理化学过程，谓之干燥。

★干燥过程分为二个主要阶段：

★所涂试样表面上，形成微薄的漆膜时，谓之表面干燥。

★所涂油漆全部厚度都结成漆膜时，谓之实际干燥。

★ The drying process is divided into two main stages:

★ When a thin paint film is formed on the surface of the coated sample, the surface is said to be dry.

四、操作步骤：

试验前准备工作：

★调整砝码重量，使达到要求；

★把脱脂棉做成1立方厘米疏松的棉球。

★按照产品标准所规定的技术条件制备样板并做完表面干燥的测定，然后再将样板置干燥箱里（照操作规格）进行干燥。

★按产品标准所规定的实际干燥时间，取出按干燥情况每隔若干时间试验其干燥程度。

★试验时在漆膜表面上方一棉球，在棉球上轻轻放上油漆干燥试验砝码，并同时开动秒表，经30分秒后，将砝码和棉球拿掉，漆膜上若不**有棉球痕迹，即达到了实际干燥程度。

Preparations before the test:

★ Adjust the weight to meet the requirements;

★ Make absorbent cotton into 1 cm3 loose cotton ball.

★ Prepare the sample plate according to the technical conditions specified in the product standard and finish the surface drying measurement, and then place the sample plate in a drying box (according to the operating specifications) to dry.

★ According to the actual drying time stipulated in the product standard, take out and test the drying degree at regular intervals according to the drying conditions.

★ During the test, put a cotton ball on the surface of the paint film, put the paint dry test weight on the cotton ball gently, and start the stopwatch at the same time. After 30 minutes, remove the weight and the cotton ball. No traces of cotton balls remain, that is, the actual dryness is achieved.
