漆膜冲击器操作规程：

★按照产品标准所规定制备样板。

★把备妥的样板放置在枕垫块3上紧贴与枕垫块凹孔上，漆膜朝上，并使冲击点距样板边缘不小于15毫米，或在样板中间地方。

若使用一个样板数次试验时，应使每个冲击点边缘相距不少于15毫米。

★按照产品标准中的规定，借控制器螺钉固定好高度，按压控制螺钉重锤即自由的落在冲杆4上，冲杆将冲击力传给枕垫块上的样快。

如在产品标准适当说明时，可用反冲击方法试验特殊漆膜此时样板的涂漆面应朝下放置于枕垫块上进行试验

★两次测定值之差应在±1厘米范围之内。

★在空气温度25±1°C和相对温度70%以下条件进行试验

★ The impact strength of the paint film is expressed in centimeters by a 1 kg weight that does not cause damage to the paint film.

If the impact strength of the paint film is indicated in the product standard, the weight can be dropped directly from the specified height during the test.

If the product standard is properly stated, the special paint film can be tested by the impact method. At this time, the painted surface of the sample should be placed on the pillow block for testing.

★ The difference between the two measured values should be within ± 1 cm.

★ Test under the conditions of air temperature 25 ± 1 ° C and relative temperature below 70%

使用前的检查与调整

检查冲杆中心是否与枕垫块凹孔中心一致，若有偏差时，可调整冲击块紧母14上的内六方螺钉13.

3、定位标是否对零线，将重锤放下，观察定位标上刻线是否与零线重合，有偏差时可调节定位标6两侧螺钉。
