乳化沥青轮碾压试验仪试验准备：

★按要求的级配比例准备粗、细集料及填料，烘干。

★称混合料总重量500g放入拌锅拌匀，然后加入适量的水或添加剂水溶液拌匀，

★再加入定量的乳化沥青迅速拌匀，时间不超过1min。

★按要求的稀浆封层厚度选择试模厚度，试模厚度宜比稀浆公称大粒径厚25%。

★将试模放在油毛毡上，将达到要求配比的稀浆混合料立即倒入试模中。

★用刮板刮平，刮掉多余的稀浆混合料。

★取走试模，把式样放入60℃的烘箱中烘至恒重，一般不少于16H。取出式样，冷却至室温。

乳化沥青轮碾压试验仪控制器的使用：

 先连接控制器与主机上的电机线和传感器线插头将电源插头插入三相四线制得插座中，打开电源开关，数显计数器显示为1000次的工作状态，如按“SET”设定键计数器会转换为100次工作状态，软“Δ”或是“▽”键可将计数设定值任意改多或改少，设定值确定后，按“启动”键，主机将进行工作。

乳化沥青轮碾压试验仪试验步骤：

★调节连接壁轴和脚轮之间的距离为61cm，轮子必须对中，保证轮子运动时框架保持平衡。

★将清洗干净的负荷轮放在台秤上，这时连接臂要和框架平行。然后往配重箱加载，调节总重质量为56.7kg。

★抬起轮子，把式样对着定位销，安装在仪器上，用元宝螺母夹紧。

★把负荷轮放在式样上。开动仪器使轮子在试样上往复碾压1000次，碾压的频率为44次/min，在碾压过程中如发现样品上有出现发粘现象或明显的发亮点时，可撒少量水以防止轮子粘起样品。

★碾压1000次后停下仪器，卸载，取下试样，用水把试样表面冲洗干净，放在60℃的烘箱中烘干至恒重。

★从烘箱中取出试样并称重(M1)，立即把样品重新装在仪器的原来位置上。把砂框放在样品上对好位置，称取200g(82℃)的热砂导入砂框中迅速摊平，将钢盖板放在砂框中间。

★把负荷轮放在钢盖板上。开动仪器以相同的频率碾压100次。

★碾压100次后停机，取下试样，用毛刷轻轻刷去试样上的浮砂，然后称试样及吸附的砂子总质量(M2)

Place the sand frame on the sample in the correct position, weigh 200g (82 ° C) of hot sand into the sand frame and quickly flatten it. Place the steel cover in the middle of the sand frame.

★ Put the load wheel on the steel cover. Operate the instrument 100 times at the same frequency.
