Product details

一、产品简介:土工布磨损试验仪用于测定机织土工布、非织造土工布及其相关产品的抗磨损性能。原理:将试样固定在平台上,在规定压力与摩擦动作的条件下,使具有规定表面特性的磨料与之摩擦,A后测试式样摩擦前后拉伸强力,以强力损失的百分率来描述试样的耐磨损性能。

Geotextile wear tester is used to determine the anti-wear performance of woven geotextiles, non-woven geotextiles and related products. Principle: The sample is fixed on the platform, and the abrasive with the specified surface characteristics is rubbed against it under the conditions of prescribed pressure and friction action. 三、技术参数:

★上平板:50mm×200mm

★试样承受重量:6±0.01(kg)

★磨擦次数:2 - 99999次,任意设定。

★外形尺寸:935×275×350(mm)

四、使用方法:

★在GB6529规定的标准大气中试验已调试过的试样。

★将已调试过的试样放在静止的上平板上,在平板的两端用夹具将试样夹紧。将磨料放在可往复运动的下平板上,用夹具在平板的两端夹紧。 

★将上平板放在下平板之上,使试样和磨料对齐。 

★将上平板施加包括上平板重量在内共(6±0.01)㎏的荷量。 

★打开电源开关,设定好所需磨损周期,本试验仪开启磨损试验,本机每分钟90周期的频率进行工作,以规定的频率磨750周期,或者直到试样磨穿。如果试样在规定的周期之前磨穿,需报告试样磨穿和试样磨穿时的周期数,如中途有异常情况,可按下停止键停车,下次试验时需按下计数器清零键。 

★如果试样或磨料在夹子内产生滑移,舍弃试样,惊醒调整后试验另一块试样,每次试验后更换磨料,按CB/T3923.1的规定分别对参照样和磨损样进行拉伸试验。

★土工布磨损试验仪结果的计算和表示: 计算每组试验的强力损失百分率,**到1%: 强力损失率(%)=[ (FA-FB) ÷FA] ×100 式中:FA—参照样断裂强力,N; FB—磨损样的断裂强力,N.

Use of Geotextile Wear Tester:

★ Test the tested samples in the standard atmosphere specified in GB6529.

★ Place the tested sample on the stationary upper plate, and clamp the sample with clamps at both ends of the plate. Place the abrasive on the reciprocating lower plate, and clamp the two ends of the plate with a clamp.

★ Place the upper plate on the lower plate to align the sample with the abrasive.

★ Apply a total load of (6 ± 0.01) ㎏ including the weight of the upper plate.

★ Turn on the power switch and set the required wear cycle. The tester starts the wear test. The machine works at a frequency of 90 cycles per minute and grinds for 750 cycles at a prescribed frequency or until the sample wears through. If the sample is worn through before the specified period, the number of cycles during which the sample is worn through and the sample is worn should be reported. If there is an abnormal situation in the middle, you can press the stop button to stop, and press the counter to clear it next time key.

★ If the sample or abrasive material slips in the clamp, discard the sample, wake up and test another sample, adjust the abrasive material after each test, and pull the reference sample and the abrasion sample according to the provisions of CB / T3923.1. Extension test.

★ Calculation and expression of the results of the geotextile abrasion tester: Calculate the percentage of strength loss for each group of tests, ** to 1%: Strength loss rate (%) = [(FA-FB) ÷ FA] × 100 Reference specimen fracture strength, N; FB—Abrasion specimen fracture strength, N.


五、计算5组试样的平均强力损失百分率及其变异系数。

f)偏离本标准的任何细节,例如周期数、负荷等; 

g)试验中异常情况,例如磨穿等。

e) Coefficient of variation of force loss,%;

f) any details deviating from this standard, such as the number of cycles, load, etc .;

g) Abnormal conditions during the test, such as wear-through.
