按国家建筑隔墙条板的规范，用聪明山复合墙板100mm和150mm的板分别可代替传统的240mm的砖墙和370mm厚的砖墙。100mm厚的聪明山复合墙板与240mm的砖墙加抹灰后的厚度280mm相比足足少了180mm，显而易见，使用聪明山复合墙板系统，建造5~6m延长墙体可增加1m2的使用面积，使用率增加4~6%，所增加实用面积价值远高于墙板造价，所以聪明山复合墙板非常适合于商铺及住宅的隔墙及分户。

According to national specifications on partition board of buildings, 100mm-thick and 150mm-thick “Smart Mountain” composite partition boards can respectively replace traditional 240mm-thick brick wall and 370mm-thick brick wall. 100mm-thick “Smart Mountain” composite partition board is 180mm thinner than 280mm as total thickness of 240mm-thick brick wall plus the plastering-layer. Obviously, if the wall is extended for 5~6m by use of “Smart Mountain” composite partition board system, the usable area may be increased by 1m2, and the usage rate may be increased by 4~6%. The value of increased usable area is much higher than the cost of partition board, so “Smart Mountain” composite partition board is very suitable for partition wall and family separation of shops and residential houses.

隔声 Sound insulation

聪明山复合墙板表面的硅酸钙板具有良好隔声功能及其板连接凹凸槽和内部组成材料都具有良好的吸音与隔声功能。经检测，100mm厚墙板的隔声量达45dB，150mm厚墙板的隔声量达53dB，大大高于其他砌砖墙体的隔声效果，符合国家住宅的隔声要求。

The calcium silicate board as the surface layer of “Smart Mountain” composite partition board has excellent sound insulation function, and its concave-convex linking slots and interior composition also have excellent sound absorption and insulation function. As per the test results, 100mm-thick partition board has the sound insulation capacity up to 45dB, and 150mm-thick partition board has the sound insulation capacity up to 53dB, greatly higher than the sound insulation capacity of other bricklaying walls, meeting national requirements on sound insulation of residential houses.

防水、防潮 Waterproof and dampproof

聪明山复合墙板的面板是中密度增强纤维水泥平板，具有良好的防水、防潮性能，可用于厨房、卫生间、地下室等潮湿区域，因此，墙板不会出现板材因吸潮而松化、返卤、变形、强度下降等现象。实验证明，墙板能在无作任何饰面的情况下，用水泥粘结的池体装满水后，墙板背面能保持干燥不留任何痕迹，在潮湿天气里墙面也不会出现冷凝水珠，而一般砌体不能防潮，时间久了会产生批荡层剥离现象。

The surface layer of “Smart Mountain” composite partition board is asbestos-free medium-density fiber cement board with excellent waterproof and dampproof performance, suitable for such damp areas as kitchen, toilet and basement, the partition board will not suffer from such phenomena as loosening, scumming, deformation or strength reduction caused by moisture absorption. The experiment proves that the partition board without veneer can keep dry back in case of cement pool full of water, and the wall surface is free of condensate water even in damp weather. In contrast, general brickwork cannot resist dampness, and may suffer from the peeling of the plastering layer after a long time.

由于是装配式施工，墙体高度4米以下的，每组约3个工人，平均一个熟练工人一天能装运20M2以上，而且墙板双面光滑无需再抹灰，与砌筑墙体施工相比效率提高10倍以上。只要求放线准确，无论大工小工都能安装，安装后即能进行饰面处理，无需砌筑抹灰(一般砌块墙体需要抹灰工序，且要等砂浆强度达到要求才能进行下一步施工)，大大缩短了工期。安装墙板无需复杂脚手架，施工方便快捷。

Because of the fabricated construction, if the wall height is less than 4m, each team consists of about 3 workers and each skilled worker installs more than 20M2 of wall averagely a day, and the two sides of wall are smooth without requiring the plastering layer, then the construction efficiency of this product may be more than 10 times higher than that of brick wall. The setting-out work must be accurate, both skilled and unskilled workers can install this product, the veneer treatment can be conducted after installation, the plastering procedure is not required (general brick wall requires the plastering procedure, and the mortar strength must meet the requirements before next construction process), thus the construction duration of this product can be greatly shortened. The installation of this product is rapid and convenient, without requiring the complex scaffold.

聪明山新型多功能复合墙板自身采用三合一结构，特种水泥复合玻璃纤维具有很高的强度，墙板采用装配式施工，板与板之间用钢筋锚固连接，榫槽拼接用高强聚合物抗裂砂浆粘接，抗冲击性能比普通砖墙高1.5倍以上，结合钢结构骨架锚固安装后，整体强度大幅提高，可设计防裂度为8度抗震，满足“小震不坏，中震可修，大震不倒”的墙体抗震国际标准要求。

聪明山多功能复合墙板可与建筑胶、水泥砂浆、内外墙腻子等牢固结合，无需特殊处理即可粘贴瓷砖、大理石、木饰板等，其单点吊挂力达到1000牛以上，可以直接打钉，或安装膨胀螺栓，吊挂空调、电视、排油烟机等重物。克服了空心墙体无握定力，不能打钉、不能吊挂、难于安装门窗的缺点。可以在墙体直接开线槽，埋设水管等。

“Smart Mountain” multi-functional composite wallboard can be solidly bound with construction adhesive, cement mortar, and interior and exterior wall putty, and be stuck up to the tile, marble, and wooden plaques without any special treatment, its single-point hanging force reaches to over 1000N, and can be nailed directly, or hang air conditioner, TV set, smoke exhaust ventilator and other heavy stuff by installing the expansion bolts. It overcomes the shortcomings of hollow wall (without gripping power, nailing, hanging or difficulty in installing windows and doors), and set wiring duct and embed water pipe on the wall body directly.
