龙门丝网焊排焊专机

整机特性：

1、手动送料型： 人工将工件放入模内，启动焊机依次焊接一排，再手工推进到下一排自动焊接，直至焊接完成整个工件；

2、 半自动送料型: 人工摆好工件，自动步进送料，送料到位机器自动焊接一排，再自动拉进到下一排，自动焊接，直至焊接完成整个工件，工件再自动返回或从后方退出；

3、 自动双模送料型:  采用双层式或前后双模式自动焊接装置，利用先进的PLC和人机界面控制及精确的伺服电机驱动系统，组成自动连续的送料和焊接机构，有两套模具，一套在焊接，另一套在摆放工件，两模交替进行，机器可以不间断连续工作，有效的提高了效率；

4、自动送料及自动焊接步进型: 装有自动下料装置，横线放进料斗，纵线自动按距离步进到位 ，然后横线自动落料，自动焊接一排，依次循环，直至需要的整个网片焊完；

广泛应用于：各种场所护栏网、五金网类、货架、笼类、网架类、铁板加强筋等多点式焊接。

Main Features:

1. Manual feeding type: Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold, start the welding machine and welding a row in turn, then manual push mold to next row for automatic welding until finish a complete mesh;

2. Semiautomatic feeding type: Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold, automatic step feeding to welding position and welding a row automatically, then automatic draw the mesh mold to next welding position and automatic welding until to finish a complete mesh, then mesh mold automatic back to origin and get out the mesh ;

3. Automatic Double Mold Feeding Type: Adopted double layers type or tandem type automatic welding fixtures, and combined advanced PLC , human machine interface and precision servo motor driven system to obtain the continuous feeding and welding automatically.

Machine included double mold for alternating welding, if one performed welding, then another can be placed wires at same time. So the machine can continues working to improve production efficiency;

4. Full automatic feeding type: Equipped automatic hopper for cross wire feeding, line wire automatic feeding as setting length through automatic mesh drawing system .
