本试验机适用于TUV、VDE、UL等高柔性电缆检测要求。机台结构为水平双翼式组合结构，主要用于检测线缆在拖链的带动下，经反复高速U型弯折测试后是否发生短路，及绝缘护套是否有龟裂、破损或其它异常现象。以检测金属线材在反复高速U型弯折测试中承受塑性变形的性能和显出来的缺陷。

This testing machine is mainly used in the quality supervision industry, metal, machinery industry and cable and wire, wire rope and other production and manufacturers. 主要功能：Main function:

1、 PLC触摸屏显示：

    PLC touch screen display:

参数设置：机台控制相关参数；

Parameters: the machine control related parameters;

测试条件：测试速度、测试次数、测试行程、控制条件、测试过程中途暂停时间等；

Test conditions： speed、frequency、stroke、control condition、pause time during the test etc;

测试监控：当前设备运行状态，如电线测试时实际速度、次数、行程、显示日期时间等；

Test monitoring：the current running status, such as actual speed、times、stroke etc；

2、 无人监守：设备可通过监测样品的回路，自动判断样品的通断，侦测到回路断开时，可选择   暂停设备运转测试，并以声光警示，直至人工检查确认后再继续测试。

Unattended: the device can automatically determine whether the sample is off, by monitoring its circuit; it will automatically shut down, if the circuit disconnect, without staff supervision;

3、 专用夹具：可根据线缆的直径与拖链的尺寸（宽度40mm~150mm），调整弯折半径，同一拖链内采用专用隔片将线缆限止在固定位置；

Special fixture：According to the diameter of the cable and towline size (width 40mm ~ 150mm), adjust the bending radius；

4、 机台性能：采用昆仑通态LCD+三菱PLC+松下伺服电机，传动部件均采用原产进口产品，运行平稳，大扭力、高定位精度、长寿命使用、低噪声；

5、 在线监测：点分为4组，每组6对接口，可满足24对电线同时监测，接线盘安装于各个工位样品正上方，方便接插线缆。

Monitor online:   The points are divided into 6 groups, there are 6 pairs of interfaces in every single group, which can meet the simultaneous monitoring of 36 pairs of wires. The wiring board is installed directly above each station sample to facilitate the cable connection.
