        4-甲基伞型基-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷 荧光蓝是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于检测β半乳糖苷酶的试剂，4-甲基伞型基-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷是MU的一种荧光底物，可通过荧光酶标仪或荧光光度计读取，用来检测细胞抽提物和纯化酶制剂中的半乳糖苷酶。有机、无机脂类和7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素(4-methylumbelliferone, MU)中的糖苷都是使用的普通的荧光底物。这些底物产生水溶性的蓝色荧光香豆素荧光团。MU在pH 10以上有最大荧光。百萤生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供优质的4-甲基伞型基-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷 荧光蓝。
