本试验机适用于TUV、VDE、UL等高柔性电缆检测要求。机台结构为水平式单工位或3工位结构，本试验机主要用于金属线材的反复扭转试验,以检测金属线材在反复扭转试验中承受塑性变形的性能和显出来的缺陷。

This test machine is suitable for TUV, VDE, UL etc and meets high flexible cable testing requirements. The structure of the machine is a parallel single station or 3-station structure, which is mainly used for repeated torsion test of metal wire to detect the performance and defects of metal wire subjected to plastic deformation in repeated torsion test.

本试验机主要用于质量监督行业、金属、机械行业以及电缆电线、钢丝绳等生产使用厂家.适用于直径的金属线材,配备特殊夹具,可做其他规格的反复扭转试验。

This testing machine is mainly used in the quality supervision industry, metal, machinery industry and cable and wire, wire rope and other production and manufacturers. 主要功能：Main function:

1、 PLC触摸屏显示：

参数设置：机台控制相关参数；

测试条件：测试速度、测试次数、测试角度方向、控制条件等；

Test conditions: test speed, test frequency, test angle direction, control conditions;

测试监控：当前设备运行状态，如电线测试时的实际次数、角度、速度、显示日期时间等；

Test monitoring: the current running status, such as cable testing actual frequency, angle, speed etc;

2、 无人监守：设备可通过监测样品的回路，自动判断样品的通断，侦测到回路断开时，可选择   暂停设备运转测试，并以声光警示，直至人工检查确认后再继续测试。

Unattended: the device can automatically determine whether the sample is off, by monitoring its circuit; it will automatically shut down, if the circuit disconnect, without staff supervision;

3、 专用夹具：根据不同线径的线缆配有相适应的夹持治具；

4、 机台性能：采用昆仑通态LCD+三菱PLC+松下伺服电机，传动部件均采用原产进口产品，运行平稳，大扭力、高定位精度、长寿命使用、低噪声；

5、 在线监测：点分为3组，每组6对接口，可满足18对电线同时监测，接线盘安装于各个工位样品正上方，方便接插线缆。
