工作原理

失重式喂料机主要由两部分组成：物料输送部分（机械部分），电气控制部分（包括重量信号采集，处理，控制）

失重式喂料机的工作原理：通过安装在秤台上的称重传感器，称重料斗中物料的重量被实时反馈给控制器，控制器通过内部算法得到单位时间内的重量减少量（即实际流量）根据实际流量与设定流量之间的差值，控制器输出速度信号控制电机的转速以达到精确的喂料要求

以粉体真空称重系统应用于两种物料自动称重配料为例说明粉体真空称重系统的工作原理，物料A、B分别储存在两个料仓中，粉体真空称重系统开始工作，真空泵启动，物料A粉仓底部螺旋放料阀A达到一定重量时，螺旋停止，放料阀A关闭，剩余在输送管中的物料继续被吸入到称重料斗中，吸净后秤中物料A的重量正好是设定的重量，此时，物料B料仓底部螺旋放料阀B打开，螺旋启动，物料B被吸入称重料斗中，秤中物料B达到一定重量时，螺旋停止。放料阀B关闭，剩余在输送管中的物料继续被吸入到称重料斗中，吸净后秤中物料B的重量正好是设定的重量，真空泵停止。
