一、 主要性能和结构特点:

1. 1.  颗粒包装机适用于食品、日化、农业、塑料制品及特殊行业等产品中的松散型、无粘性，颗粒状物料的全自动包装，如：饲料、木炭、茶叶、活性炭、洗衣粉、香包、干燥剂等。

2.  该机由上料装料斗、分料器、自动冷封切断部份、控制箱结合为整体，机器外观大体为如图，操作方便，质量良好，安全耐用。

3.  中文显示屏控制系统、只需在可显示的设置单元设定所需要参数（充填量袋长等）控制系统则自动优化匹配各动作配合，从而达到 包装速度。

4.  良好的电子色标控制系统，自动准确包装膜上的光标，使成袋获得完整美观的图标。

5.  在切刀加装控制挂挡功能，可以选择一次出料两袋或多袋切断，自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、打印字码等全部工作。

6.  步进电机控制，该系统具有精确度高，无需调整其它部件可改变制袋长度，且准确无误。

7.  包装纸部分采用自重式电机压纸送纸结构，包装纸送纸长度增加一倍，制袋平整不错边。
