聚合物改性沥青PBL(Ⅰ)胎体增强型防水涂料

一：产品描述：聚合物改性沥青PBL(Ⅰ)胎体增强型防水涂料是以优质沥青为基料，对沥青进行改性，加水配制而成的聚合物改性沥青水性防水涂料。PB型道桥用防水涂料不但具有高分子聚合物的优异弹塑性,耐热性及粘结性,又具有与石油沥青制品良好的亲和性，适应在沥青混凝土高温条件下施工。聚合物改性沥青PBL(Ⅰ)胎体增强型防水涂料属国家重点新产品经国家权威部门组织鉴定，达到同类产品的 水平。PB型道桥用防水涂料经交通部公路工程检测中心测试，全部技术指标均符合JC/T975-2005标准要求；符合《城市桥梁桥面防水工程技术规程》CJJ139-2010要求。

Polymer modified asphalt PBL (I) Matrix reinforced waterproofing coating is a national key new product, which has been appraised by the authoritative department of the state, and has reached the excellent level of similar products. The PB type waterproof coating for road and bridge has been tested by the Highway Engineering Testing Center of the Ministry of Communications, and all the technical indexes meet the requirements of JC/T975-2005 standard, and the requirements of CJJ139-2010 "Technical Regulations for Waterproof Engineering of Urban Bridge Deck".

二：聚合物改性沥青PBL(Ⅰ)胎体增强型防水涂料特点

1,冷施工：由于产品为单组份水性涂料,使用时不需要加热,无有害挥发气体产生,对人体无害,对环境没有污染,属于环保型产品。

2,施工简便,修补容易,产品粘度低,可以喷涂也可以涂刷；施工速度快,劳动强度低。在沥青混凝土摊铺时,遇防水层损坏,只要在损坏处,重新涂刷一遍即可。

3,材料性能优异,成膜后延伸率大,抗裂性好,高温不流淌,低温不脆裂,耐温变性能好。

4,提高了沥青混凝土铺装与水泥混凝土桥面板的粘接强度和抗剪强度,延长了沥青混凝土使用寿命。

PB型道桥用防水涂料适用于城市高架路,立交桥,跨线桥与公路桥梁的桥面防水。也适用于公路,市政交通工程配套设施,例：箱函管节,地下建筑物的外防水。

2: Polymer Modified Asphalt PBL (I) Characteristics of Matrix Reinforced Waterproof Coatings

1. Cold construction: Because the product is a single component water-borne paint, it does not need heating when used, no harmful volatile gas is produced, no harm to human body, no pollution to the environment, and belongs to environmental protection products.

2. Construction is simple, repair is easy, product viscosity is low, can be sprayed or brushed; construction speed is fast, labor intensity is low. When asphalt concrete paving is damaged by waterproof layer, it is only necessary to re-paint the damaged area.

3. The material has excellent properties, high elongation after film forming, good crack resistance, no flowing at high temperature, no brittle cracking at low temperature, and good temperature resistance.

4. The bond strength and shear strength between asphalt concrete pavement and cement concrete bridge deck are improved, and the service life of asphalt concrete is prolonged.

PB type waterproofing paint for road and bridge is suitable for waterproofing of urban viaducts, overpasses, overpasses and highway bridges. 四：注意事项

1,雨天或预计施工后6小时内下雨,桥面有积水时不得施工。气温小于5℃不宜施工。

2,防水层未干燥前,不得上人行走及行驶车辆。

3,严禁在喷涂好的防水层上面再喷涂粘层油。

4,沥青摊铺时载料车轮应保持清洁,湿润,车辆应慢速行驶,严禁急刹车或在桥梁支座左右5米内就地调头。

5,防水层若有损坏,应及时修补

五：施工指南

1,在钢筋混凝土桥面板终凝前,应对板面进行拉毛处理。

2,当桥面混凝土强度达到70%以上,含水率不大于15%,表面无积水时,可进行防水层施工。

3,桥面板应平整,表面粗糙,整洁,不得有混凝土砂浆,垃圾,油污,不能有钢筋等尖锐凸起物。在喷涂防水层前,应用高压 机将尘灰吹干净。

4,防水涂料使用前,应将涂料搅拌均匀。

5,防水涂料喷涂应依次按顺序均匀喷涂,不得有露底漏涂,一般以喷涂二道为宜。
