1、两人作业时，设备后方的操作人员不得正对拉丝机出口，以免工件万一飞出伤人。
2、轮毂拉丝机设备在正常运行状态下严禁调整轮毂拉丝深度，以免车刀失控造成设备、人身事故。
3、正确安装轮毂。认真检查上、下轴承座及升降丝杠润滑是否良好，确定出料上正面无人时方可开机。
4、轮毂拉丝机设备启动后立即检查轮毂摆幅是否在要求范围内，有无其它异常现象，否则应立即调整或关机处理。

5、严禁工件直接放在夹具上，严禁工作门不关闭无挡条直接放工件拉丝，以免工件飞出伤人。
6、拉丝机深度调整应适中，一般情况下的拉丝深度指示应在0.2-0.05之间，严禁超过0.3MM，以免造成设备或人身事故。
