一，产品简介：

高温流淌性测定仪根据12953-2003，GB/18173-2000GB/T328-2007之规范设计制作。用于防水卷材的高温流淌性的检测。
First, the product introduction:
The high temperature flow tester is designed and manufactured according to the specifications of 12953-2003, GB/18173-2000GB/T328-2007. It is used for the detection of high temperature flowability of waterproof coiled materials.

二，试验方法：
 将三个20mm×20mm×4mm的试样分别置于75°倾角的带凹槽木架上，使试样厚度的2mm在槽内，2mm在槽外；一并放入（80±2）℃的干燥箱内，5h后取出，观察试样有无明显流淌，以不超过凹槽边线1,mm为无流淌。
Second, the test method:

三，操作使用：
 1、高温流淌性试验：将三个20×20×4mm的试样分别置于75°倾角的带凹槽木架上，使试样厚度的2mm在槽内，2mm在槽外；
一并放人(80土2)℃的干燥箱内，5h后取出，观察试样有无明显流淌，以不超过凹槽边线l mm为无流淌。三个试件均不流淌为合格。
2、低温试验：将试样切、压成50×100×2mm的试件2片，在(-20土2)℃低温箱中停放2h，取出后立即在#10mm的棒上软绕一圈，观察其是否脆裂，2片均不脆裂为合格。
 3、止水条试验结果评定：依据《高分子防水材料第3部分遇水膨胀橡胶》（GB18173.3--2002）评定腻子型止水条以上三项试验结果均应符合规定。

Observe whether it is brittle or not, and both pieces are not brittle and qualified.
3. Evaluation of test results of water stop strips: According to the “Polymer waterproofing material part 3 water-swellable rubber” (GB18173.3--2002), the results of the three test tests above the putty type water stop strip shall comply with the regulations.
