尺寸范围：直径10-120MM/长度500-9000MM

材料：正常情况下选用40CrNiMo，经过特殊处理，采用渐开线形式，在高扭矩，高扭力，高负荷的情况下，可以采用具有良好任性和机械性能的WR15E和WR30材料，其性能参数与进口芯轴等同，但性价比远高于进口类产品。在加工过程中严格控制精确度，保证芯轴的加工尺寸。

-回火温度600度，冷却剂-水.油；

-钢材退火或高温回火供应状态布氏硬度GBW小于等于号269；
