石英砂简介

       石英砂中矿物含量变化较大，以石英为主，其次为长石、云母、岩屑、重矿物、黏土矿物等。精制石英砂是重要的工业矿物原料，广泛用于玻璃、铸造、陶瓷及耐火材料、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡胶、磨料等工业。

       石英砂滤料采用天然的石英矿经粉碎、筛选、水洗等工艺加工而成，外观呈多棱形、球状，纯白色，具有机械强度高、截污能力强、耐酸性能好等优点。无杂质，抗压耐磨，机械强度高，化学性能稳定，截污能力 益高、使用周期长，适用于单层、双层过滤池、过滤器和离子交换器中，各项指标均达到(CJ/T43-2009)标准。加工有精制石英砂，纯白石英砂，酸处理剂，普通石英砂，可满足不同用户的使用需求。常用规格:0.5-1.0mm、0.6-1.2mm、1-2mm、2-4mm、4-8mm、8-16mm、16-32mm等。

石英砂提纯工艺

       工业上的石英砂原料为满足工业上的需求，可以通过选矿工艺提高其品位。主要有以下一些提纯方法：

       1、擦洗脱泥--擦洗是指借助机械力和砂粒间的磨剥力来除去石英砂表面的薄膜铁、粘结及泥性杂质矿物和进一步擦碎未成单体的矿物集合体，再经分级作业达到进一步提纯石英砂的效果。目前主要有棒磨擦洗和机械擦洗。影响擦洗效果的主要因素为擦洗机的结构特点及配置形式；次要因素为擦洗时间、擦洗浓度（擦洗浓度一般以5060为宜）。

       2、磁选--磁选主要用于除去石英砂中的磁性矿物，如可以通过强磁性机除去赤铁矿、褐铁矿、黑云母等弱磁性矿物，而强磁性矿物如磁铁矿则可以通过弱磁选机除去。

       3、浮选--浮选用于除去石英砂中的长石、云母等一些磁选无法除去的杂质，进一步提高其纯度。

       4、酸浸--酸浸是利用石英不溶于酸（HF酸除外），而其它杂质矿物能被酸液溶解的特点，可以实现对石英的进一步提纯。

       5、微生物浸出--微生物浸出是指利用微生物浸除石英砂颗粒表面的薄膜铁或浸染铁，这是新近发展起来的一种除铁技术。

       石英砂滤料不仅是单层过滤材料，而且和无烟煤滤料作双层过滤比较理想。精制石英砂滤料适用于生活饮用水过滤和其它水质净化处理，更加适合于石油、化工、矿山、冶金、热电、造纸、印染、制革、食品等生产用水的前期处理和循环水处理，以及污水的回收利用。

       普通石英砂滤料：主要用在污水处理中，用三五年都没问题，只要防止石英砂流失就行，被污染了不要紧，因为污水处理中，污泥可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸，将污水中的污染物降解。

       精制石英砂滤料：用在纯水处理中，在砂滤器中，一般2到3年就要更换，通常被污染后，污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了，只能更换。石英砂滤料通过Iso9001-2000质量体系认证。在中性及值在范围内的酸性水中都很稳定，但在碱性水中有微溶解，化学水处理中SiO2增量不超过2mg/L。
