球状活性炭简介

       煤质球状活性炭采用优质褐煤或无烟煤及粘合剂、催化剂等经粉碎、混合、成球、干燥、碳化、活性而制成、具有较大的比表面积和空隙机构、机械强度高、脱硫性能好、硫容量高、应用阴力小、气流分布均匀等优点。木质球状活性炭采用优质木屑、椰壳等为原料，经粉碎、混合、成球、干燥、碳化、活化而制成。外观呈灰黑色球形状，表面光滑且有黑亮光泽，良好的球形度。广泛用于净化半 、原料气 、油田气、煤气、及二氧化碳气体中的H2S及部分有机硫化物、空气净化、水处理等。

       球状活性炭的吸附性能分为物理吸附和化学吸附。物理吸附是由于活性炭具有多孔性，故使其具有巨大的比表面积，致使其具有强吸附性。球状活性炭的微孔孔容一般约为0.250.9ml/g，BET比表面积约为5002000m2/g。球形活性炭不仅含碳，而且含功能团形式的氧和氢，例如羰基、羧基、酚类、内酯类、醌类和醚类基团，这些基团可与其它物质的分子形成化学键起到化学吸附的作用。超纯水在制作过程中，需要对有机物进行去除，一般的吸附材料或膜对小分子有机物无法有效去除。球形活性炭通过 吸附有机小分子物质，同时自身离子污染物少，可以保证超纯水制作的可靠性。

活性炭运输储存注意事项

       1、活性炭在运输过程中，防止与坚硬物质混装，不可踩、踏，以防炭粒破碎，影响质量。

       4、防火；活性炭在储存或运输时，防止与火源直接接触，以防着火、活性炭再生时避免进氧并再生彻底，再生后必须用蒸汽冷却降至80以下，否则温度高，遇氧，活性炭自燃。
