聚合氯化铝简介

      聚合氯化铝分为固体和水溶液二种。固体为黄色粉末状，别名聚铝、聚合铝，分子通式[A1n(OH)mCL(3n-m)，0<3n，是一种新型 无机高分子絮凝剂。聚合氯化铝作为净水材料，对各种水质适应性强，对于高浊度水絮凝沉淀效果尤显着，应用的PH值在5-9的范围内。对于低温水处理的效果比较好，絮凝的矾花形成块、颗粒密而重，易于沉降，可缩短沉淀时间，出水浊度低，色度小，过滤性好。可缩短过滤周期。含氧化铝高，投加量少，可降低治水成本。腐蚀性小，利于管道保护，使用方便，易于储存、运输，如遇潮解，其效果不变。

聚合氯化铝使用方法

      将固体产品稀释成氧化铝含量510的溶液投入水中。选择 pH值投加，效果较理想。一般浑浊水每100t投加药剂0.52kg。浑浊度高时，投药量适当增加；浊度低时，投药量适当减少。聚氯化铝水解反应中不断生成H+，会降低水的pH，对水解不利，故需适当添加一些石灰，使pH控制在水中性或弱碱性，以满足水解反应的需要。聚合氯化铝的使用条件是必须在中性水体中使用，PH低于5.6，高于8.0都无法使用，没有效果。

聚合氯化铝特点

      2、不需加碱性助剂，如遇潮解，其效果不变。

聚合氯化铝用途

      聚合氯化铝能杀菌、除臭、脱色、除氟、铝、铬、酚、除油、除浊、除重金属盐，除放射性污染物质等，广泛用于净化生活用水，生活污水、工业用水、工业废水、矿山、油田回注水生产中用于造纸施胶、印染漂染、水泥速凝剂，精密铸造硬化剂，耐火材料粘合剂、甘油精制、布匹防皱、医药、化妆品等行业。

      白色聚合氯化铝因为被称为高纯无铁白色聚合氯化铝，或食品用白色聚合氯化铝，与其它聚氯化铝相比是品质较高产品，主要的原材料是优质的氢氧化铝粉、 ，采用的生产工艺是国内较先进的技术喷雾干燥法。白色聚合氯化铝用于造纸施胶剂，制糖脱色澄清剂、鞣革、医药、化妆品和精密铸造及水处理等多个领域。

      黄色聚合氯化铝的原材料是铝酸钙粉、 、铝矾土，主要用污水处理和饮用水处理方面，如果用于饮用水处理原材料是氢氧化铝粉、 还有稍许的铝酸钙粉，采取的工艺是板框压滤工艺或喷雾干燥工艺，由于在饮用水的处理国家对重金属方面有着严格的要求，所以不论是原材料还是生产工艺都比棕褐色聚合氯化铝要好。黄色聚合氯化铝一般采用滚筒干燥生产或喷雾塔干燥生产而成。

      土黄色聚合氯化铝水溶解性好，在溶解过程中伴随电化学凝聚吸附和沉淀等物理化学变化，从而达到净化目的，不需加其它助剂、絮凝体形成快而粗大，活性高，沉淀快，对高浊度的水净化明显。

      棕褐色聚合氯化铝的原材料是铝酸钙粉、 、铝矾土还有铁粉。生产工艺是采用滚筒干燥法，一般主要用于污水处理方面，因为里面添加了铁粉所以颜色呈棕褐色，铁粉添加的越多颜色越深，铁粉如果超过一定的量在某些时候也被称为聚合氯化铝铁，在污水处理发面有着较好的效果。
