【高铝水泥简介】
高铝水泥又称为矾土水泥,耐火水泥,铝酸盐水泥,统称为铝酸盐水泥,是以铝矾土和石灰石为原料,经煅烧制得的以铝酸钙为主要成分、氧化铝含量约50%的熟料,再磨制成的水硬性胶凝材料。因基性能好于波特兰水泥的硅酸钙,所以它为某些特别的建筑材料提高了特殊的性能,在水化过程中,它不会释放出游离的氧化钙,对于低气孔的混凝土产品提供抵抗化学侵蚀的能力,在很多特定的建筑产品中提供极高的稳定性。也可与其它化学添加剂复合使用。高铝水泥常为黄或褐色,也有呈灰色的。具有快硬、早强、耐腐蚀、耐高温的水硬性胶凝材料;它既是一种优质的建筑材料,也是一种胶凝性散状耐火材料,在冶金、建材、石油化工、电力、食品等行业有着广泛的应用。
【高铝水泥特点】
1、快硬早强:铝酸盐水泥凝结硬化快,一天可达到标号强度的80%以上,三天可达到标号强度的 。
2、抗冻性、耐腐蚀性强:铝酸盐水泥水化热集中释放,抗冻、耐腐蚀性能比普通水泥及其它水泥好,抗硫酸盐和矿物水的侵蚀性能强。
3、防水性能好:铝酸盐水泥混凝土因其密实,故不透水,防水性能强。
4、耐热性能好:铝酸盐水泥没有Ca(OH)2和因温度变化而引起体积变化效应的硅酸二钙,所以是一种性能良好的耐热水泥。所配制的混凝土耐火度可达1300-1400℃。
【高铝水泥技术要求】
1、细度:水泥颗粒越细,比表面积越大,水化反应越快越充分,早期和后期强度都较高。国家规定:比表面积应大于300平方米/千克,否则为不合格。
2、凝结时间:为保证在施工时有充足的时间来完成搅拌、运输、成型等各种工艺,水泥的初凝时间不宜太短;施工完毕后,希望水泥能尽快硬化,产生强度,所以终凝时间不宜太长。硅酸盐水泥的初凝时间不得早于45分钟,终凝时间不得迟于390分钟。
3、体积安定性:水泥浆体在凝结硬化过程中体积变化的均匀性称为水泥的体积安定性。如体积变化不均匀即体积安定性不良,容易产生翘曲和开裂,降低工程质量甚至出现事故。
4、 耐火水泥的烘烤耐火水泥炉衬进行烘烤时,必须注意下列事宜:
(1)常温350度阶段,较易引起局部爆裂,要特别注意缓慢烘烤。如在350度保温后仍有大量蒸汽冒出,仍应减缓升温速度。
(2)在通风不良、水气不易排出的条件下,要适当延长保温时间。
(3)当用重油烘烤时,要严防重油喷在炉衬表面,以防局部爆裂。
(4)当用木柴烘烤时,直接接触火焰处往往造成局部升温过急,应加以防护。
(5)对新浇捣的耐火水泥,至少要经3d后才可进行烘烤。
(6)对耐火水泥炉衬的冷却也应缓慢,避免强制通风。
