煤质粉状活性炭简介

       煤质粉状活性炭为黑色粉末，无臭，无味，在一般溶媒中均不溶解。煤质粉状活性炭以优质煤为原料，经蒸汽活化后，精制处理，粉碎而成，外观为黑色细微粉末状，无毒、无味,具有比表面积大，吸附能力强。煤质粉状活性炭为黑色无定形粒状物或细粉末。无臭，无味，无砂性。不容于任何溶剂。对各种气体有选择性的吸附能力，对有机色素和含氮碱由高容量吸附能力。每克总表面积可达500到1000平方米。相对密度约1.9到2.1。表面相对密度约为0.08到0.45。

活性炭注意事项

       1、活性炭在运输过程中，防止与坚硬物质混状，不可踩、踏，以防炭粒破碎，影响质量。

       2、储存应储存于多孔型吸附剂，所以在运输储存和使用过程中，都要 防止水浸，因水浸后，大量水充满活性空隙，使其失去作用。

       活性炭对挥发性有机物与可提取有机物吸附有着较大的差别。挥发性有机物随分子量的增大，其吸附效果越好，而可提取有机物随分子量的减小，其吸附效果越好。这主要是由于挥发性的有机物主要是一些极性比较小的有机物，而可提取的有机物是极性比较大的有机物，活性炭本身可以看作是一个非极性吸附剂，对水中非极性物质的吸附能力大于极性物质的吸附能力。而且，吸附质分子大小与活性炭呈一定比例时，较有利于吸附。对于极性较小的分子，分子量越大，越有利于吸附。

       活性炭对水体中各种有机物的吸附有非常大的竞争性，其对各种有机物吸附量的大小不仅与有机物的分子结构有关，而且与水体中有机物种类的多寡有关。同时，对于挥发性有机物与可提取有机物，它们在活性炭上的吸附量与分子量的大小关系截然相反。可提取有机物随分子量的增大，其吸附性能减弱;而挥发性有机物随分子量增大起吸附性能亦增大。
