果壳活性炭简介 

       黑色颗粒状果壳活性炭,选用优质杏壳、桃壳、枣壳等果壳为原料,活性炭采用炭化、活化、过热蒸气催化等工艺精制而成,外观为黑色不定型颗粒,经系列生产工艺加工而成的一种活性炭。具有耐磨强度好、空隙发达、吸附性能高、强度高、易再生、经济耐用等优点,广泛应用于生活、工业、液相吸附、水质净化、气相吸附。特别适用于电厂、石化、炼油厂、印染纺织业、食品饮料、医药用水、电子高纯水、生活饮用水、工业中水回用等行业。更能有效吸附水中的游离氯、酚、硫、油、胶质、农药残留物和其他有机污染物,余氯、半脱氯值,以及有机溶剂的回收等。

果壳活性炭四大特性

       1、催化特性:由于果壳活性炭和载持物之间会形成络合物,这种络合物催化剂使催化活性大增,活性炭在许多吸附过程中伴有催化反应,表现出催化剂的活性。特异的表面含氧化合物或络合物的存在,对多种反应具有催化剂的活性。果壳活性炭发达的细孔结构、巨大的内表面积和很好的耐热性、耐酸性、耐碱性,可作为催化剂的载体。     

       2、果壳活性炭机械特性:粒度、栈密度、体积密度和颗粒密度、强度、耐磨性。这些机械性质直接影响果壳活性炭应用。     

       3、化学特性:果壳活性炭的吸附性既取决于孔隙结构,又取决于化学组成。果壳活性炭含少量的化学结合、功能团开工的氧和氢。这些表面上含有的氧化物和络合物,有些来自原料的衍生物,有些是在活化时、活化后由空气或水蒸气的作用而生成。有时还会生成表面硫化物和氯化物。在活化中原料所含矿物质集中到活性炭里成为灰分,灰分的主要成分是碱金属和碱土金属的盐类。果壳活性炭的灰分含量可经水洗或酸洗的处理而降低。

       1、用于液相吸附类果壳活性炭
       自来水,工业用水,电镀废水,纯净水,饮料,食品,医药用水净化及电子超纯水制备。
       蔗糖、木糖、味精、药品、柠檬酸、化工产品、食品添加剂的脱色、精制和去杂质纯化过滤。

活性炭注意事项

       1、活性炭在运输过程中,防止与坚硬物质混状,不可踩、踏,以防炭粒破碎,影响质量。

       2、储存应储存于多孔型吸附剂,所以在运输储存和使用过程中,都要 防止水浸,因水浸后,大量水充满活性空隙,使其失去作用。

       3、活性炭防止焦油类物质在使用过程中,应禁止焦油类物质带入活性炭床,以免堵塞活性炭空隙,使其失去吸附作用。较好有除焦设备净化气体。

       4、防火活性炭在储存或运输时,防止与火源直接接触,以防着火、活性炭再生时避免进氧并再生彻底,再生后必须用蒸汽冷却降至80以下,否则温度高,遇氧,活性炭自燃。

活性炭吸附简介

       活性炭对水体中的挥发性有机物有比较好的吸附效果,可使水体中各种挥发性有机物去除率达到2565

       活性炭对挥发性有机物与可提取有机物吸附有着较大的差别。挥发性有机物随分子量的增大,其吸附效果越好,而可提取有机物随分子量的减小,其吸附效果越好。这主要是由于挥发性的有机物主要是一些极性比较小的有机物,而可提取的有机物是极性比较大的有机物,活性炭本身可以看作是一个非极性吸附剂,对水中非极性物质的吸附能力大于极性物质的吸附能力。而且,吸附质分子大小与活性炭呈一定比例时,较有利于吸附。对于极性较小的分子,分子量越大,越有利于吸附。

       活性炭对水体中各种有机物的吸附有非常大的竞争性,其对各种有机物吸附量的大小不仅与有机物的分子结构有关,而且与水体中有机物种类的多寡有关。同时,对于挥发性有机物与可提取有机物,它们在活性炭上的吸附量与分子量的大小关系截然相反。可提取有机物随分子量的增大,其吸附性能减弱;而挥发性有机物随分子量增大起吸附性能亦增大。
