       英文名称:Poly(acrylamide)，简称PAM

       中文别名:絮凝剂3号;阴离子聚丙烯酰胺;聚丙烯酰胺干粉(阴离子型);聚丙烯酰胺胶体

       聚丙烯酰胺（PAM）是一种线状的有机高分子聚合物，同时也是一种高分子水处理絮凝剂产品，可以吸附水中的悬浮颗粒，在颗粒之间起链接架桥作用，使细颗粒形成比较大的絮团，并且加快了沉淀的速度。这一过程称之为絮凝，因其中良好的絮凝效果PAM作为水处理的絮凝剂并且被广泛用于污水处理。

聚丙烯酰胺特性

       1、PAM能使悬浮物质通过电中和，架桥吸附作用，起絮凝作用。

       2、能通过机械的、物理的、化学的作用，起粘合作用。

       3、PAM能有效地降低流体的摩擦阻力，水中加入微量PAM就能降阻5080

       4、PAM在中性和酸条件下均有增稠作用，当PH值在10以上PAM易水解。呈半网状结构时，增稠将更明显。

聚丙烯酰胺理化指标

聚丙烯酰胺用途
        1、油田三次采油的驱油剂
       可以调节注入水的流变性，增加驱动液的粘度，改善水驱汲及效率，降低地层中水相渗透率，使水和油能匀速地向前流动。其作用为在石油开采方面主要用于油田的三次采油，每注入一吨高分子聚丙烯酰胺产品，可多采原油100-150吨左右。
        2、钻井泥浆材料
       在油田的勘探开发以及地质水利煤炭的勘探中，用作钻井泥浆材料的添加剂，可以减少钻头的使用寿命，提高钻速和进尺，减少换钻时的堵塞，防井塌效果明显。还可用作油田的压裂液及调剖堵水的堵水剂。
        3、工业废水处理
   特别是对于悬浮颗粒、较粗、农度高、粒子带阳电荷，水的PH值为中性或碱性的污水、钢铁厂废水，电镀厂废水，冶金废水，洗煤废水等污水处理，效果较好。
        4、饮用水处理
  我国很多自来水厂的水源来自江河，泥沙及矿物质含量高，比较混浊，虽经过觉淀过滤，仍不能达到要求，需要投加絮凝剂。过去水厂采用无机絮凝剂，但投加量大，造成污泥量增大效果不好。采用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺作絮凝剂，投加量是无机絮凝的1/50，但效果是无机絮凝剂的数倍，甚至几十倍。对于有机物污染严重的江河水和阳离子聚丙烯胺配合使用效果更好。
        5、造纸助剂
      造纸行业可用作 的澄清、助留剂、助滤剂、纸张干湿强度增强剂。
        6、制糖行业中用做糖汁澄清剂
  用作水产饮料中的添加剂及黏结剂。

使用方法及注意事项

       1、配成0.2％浓度的水溶液以使用中性不含盐的水为宜。
       2、因本品适用的水体PH值范围比较广泛，一般投加量为0.1-10ppm（0.1-10mg/l）。

       3、充分溶解。要求溶解时将水体充分搅拌起来后再缓慢、均匀加入药粉，防止出现大块絮团和鱼眼现象而引起的阻塞管道和泵。
       4、搅拌速度一般为200转／分钟为宜，时间不少于60分钟，适当提高水温20-30摄氏度，可加速溶解。药液较高温度应小于60度.
       5、确定较佳口药量。使用前先通过实验确定较佳用量。因用量过低，不起作用，用量过高，反而起反作用，超过一定浓度时，PAM不但不絮凝，反而分散稳定使用。
       6、本品应储存在阴凉、干燥的地方，防止受潮。
       7、工作场地要经常用水冲洗，保持清洁。因其枯度大，散落地下的PAM遇水地面光滑，防止操作人员滑跌引发安全事故。
       8、本产品内衬塑料袋，外层用塑料复膜编织袋，每袋25kg。
