椰壳活性炭简介

      椰壳活性炭是以物理吸附和化学分解相结合，分解空气中的甲醛、氨、苯、油烟等有害气体及各种异味，尤其是致癌的芳香类物质，本身具有极强的吸附能力,是一种常用的吸附剂、催化剂或催化剂载体。椰壳活性炭以优质椰子壳为原料，经系列生产工艺精加工而成。椰壳活性炭外观为黑色，有颗粒状和柱状两种，具有孔隙发达、吸附性能好、强度高、易再生、经济耐用等优点。产品主要用于除味，饮用水过滤等，是一种新兴净水材料。椰壳炭作为净水器厂家常用材质，其一椰壳炭比较贵，其二高强度带来的劣势是亚甲基蓝比木质低，CTC（大孔表现力）也不比煤质炭。不过，当椰壳活性炭的碘值高达1100mg/g的时候，亚甲基蓝可以高达180mg/g，但是此时的强度就会由99降至96左右（好炭），碘值越高，亚甲基蓝的增幅越高。

椰壳活性炭特点

      1.椰壳活性炭属于果壳活性炭类别，其主要特点是密度小、手感轻，拿在手里的重量明显比煤质活性炭轻。相同重量的活性炭，椰壳活性炭体积一般大于煤质活性炭。

      2. 对水质、水温及水量的变化有较强的适应能力，对含同一种有机污染物的污水，活性炭在高浓度或低浓度时都有较好的去除效果。

      3. 对某些重金属化合物也有较强的吸附能力，如Hg, -Pb, Ni, Cr,C。等，因此，活性炭用于电镀废水、冶炼废水处理时也有很好的效果。

      4.可经再生后重复使用，不产生二次污染。

      5.可回收有用物质，如处理高浓度含酚废水，用碱再生后可回收酚钠盐.

      6.椰壳活性炭为小分子孔隙结构，将活性炭放到水里，其吸附水分子时所排空气会产生许多非常细小的水泡（肉眼刚好能看见），密密麻麻的不停浮向水面。而煤质活性炭一般为大分子孔隙结构，所产生的气泡相也对较大。

椰壳活性炭污水处理步骤

      1.澄清水的澄清处理对象主要是原水中悬浮物及胶体物质，降低这些物质在原水中形成的浑浊度。具体处理的工艺流程又可分为：混凝、沉淀和过滤。

      2.混凝在原水中投入药剂(净水剂)，使药剂与原水经过充分的混合与反应(即混凝过程在反应池进行)，这样水中的悬浮物和胶体杂质形成易于沉淀的大颗粒絮凝体，俗称“矾花”。

      3.沉淀通过混凝过程的原水夹带大颗粒絮凝体以一定的水流速度流进沉淀池，通过沉淀池进行重力分离，将水中比重大的杂质颗粒下沉至沉淀池底部排出。

      4.过滤原水通过混凝、沉淀工艺后，水的浑浊度大为降低，但通过集水槽流入水池中的沉淀水仍然残留一些细小的杂质，通过滤池中的粒状滤料(如石英砂、无烟煤等)截留水中细小杂质，使水的浑浊度进一步降低，当原水浑浊度较低时，投入药剂后的原水也可以不经过混凝、沉淀等处理过程而直接进入过滤处理。

      5.消毒当原水进行混凝、沉淀、过滤处理之后，通过管道流入清水池，必须进行消毒，消毒的方法是在水中投入氯气、漂或其它消毒剂，用以杀灭水中的致病微生物。也有采用臭氧或紫外线照射等方法对水进行消毒的。
