根据GB/T1346-2011中规定的测试环境温度湿度要求、初凝测定标准和终凝测定标准以及测定方法开发研制的一款水泥凝结时间自动测试设备。智能水泥凝结时间测定仪完全可以取代了水泥凝结时间测试中的人工手动测试过程和恒温恒湿箱功能。操作人员只需依次将多8个装入搅拌好的水泥净浆园模放入仪器的相应测位上，设置好相应参数分别启动后，机器即可在试样整个凝结过程中模仿人工测试方式自动测试出初凝、终凝时间，并自动打印实验数据和测量结果，测试过程中不需人工干预，每次的测试结果机器自动保存3个月，用户可选择打印。在整个测试过程中，操作员随时可以通过观察屏幕上显示的各试样初凝、终凝预置时间倒时、当前初凝测试深度、终凝测试深度等信息实时了解测试过程中各试样测试情况，也可使用查询键随时查询指定试样的当前测试情况。

仪器初凝、终凝测试深度精度误差±0.05mm,测孔间距精度误差±0.1mm。水泥浆面识别精度误差<0.05mm（不受水泥浆面平整度的影响），测试过程中任意号位更换新试样不会影响其他号位试样的正常测试。

仪器经过国家水泥质检中心、水泥科学与新型建筑材料研究院240组自动与手动同步时间比对测试，相对误差率<0.1%，证明其测试精度、可靠性均满足国家标准测试要求。同时节省劳动力和人为误差。

The accuracy error of the instrument's initial setting and final setting test depth is ±0.05mm, and the measuring hole spacing accuracy error is ±0.1mm. The accuracy of the recognition accuracy of the cement slurry surface is less than 0.05mm (not affected by the smoothness of the cement slurry surface). The replacement of a new sample at any number position during the test will not affect the normal test of other number position samples.

The instrument has passed 240 sets of automatic and manual synchronization time comparison tests by the National Cement Quality Inspection Center, Cement Science and New Building Materials Research Institute, and the relative error rate is <0.1%, which proves that its test accuracy and reliability meet the national standard test requirements. At the same time, it saves labor and human error.
