聚合氯化铝铁简介

       中文名称：聚合氯化铝铁（简称复合铝铁）

       英文名称：PAFC
       外观：液体产品为褐色或红棕色透明体，无沉淀。固体产品为棕褐色，红棕色粉末或晶粒状。

       聚合氯化铝铁是以铝为主、铁为辅的新型复合无定型、无机高分子净水剂。铁为高价铁，水解后形成多核络合物。低温时，具有在水中形成的矾花比重大、结成的矾花紧密等特点。这主要是铁盐水解速度及水解过程受温度影响很小的缘故。由于铁含量较少，不会过多降低水的PH值和增加出水色度。相反，由于铝盐的除色性能，使出水色度大大降低。所以具有PAC和铁盐的特性和特点。克服了 PAC在低温低浊时的净水难点。因此，其净水效果明显优于一般的净水产品。该产品是在聚合氯化铝和氧化铁、铝盐和铁盐混凝剂水解和混凝机理的深入研究基础上发展而来，它集铝盐和铁盐混凝之优点，对铝离子和铁离子的形态都有明显的改善，聚合度也大为提高。

       该产品能除菌、除臭、除氟、铝、铬、除油、除浊、除重金属盐、除放射性污染物、在净化各种水源过程中具有广泛的用途。
       1、净化生活饮用水，生活污水。
       2、净化工业用水、工业废水、矿山、油田回注水、净化造水、治金、洗煤、皮革及各种化工污水处理等。
       3、工业生产应用;造纸施胶、印染漂染、水泥速凝剂、精密铸造硬化剂、耐火材料粘剂、甘油精制、布匹防皱、医药、化妆品等其它行业，废水可循环使用。
       4、在炼钢工业中，用于污水分离，效果甚佳。 

聚合氯化铝铁使用方法

       1、为无机高分子化合物，易溶于水，有一定的腐蚀性；
       2、根据原水水质情况不同，使用前应先做小试求得较佳用药量(参考用量范围:20-800ppm)；
       3、为便于计算，实验小试溶液配置按重量体积比(W/V)，一般以25配为好。如配3溶液:称PAC3g，盛入洗净的200ml量筒中，加清水约50ml，待溶解后再加水稀释至100ml刻度，摇匀即可；
       4、使用时液体产品配成5-10的水液，固体产品配成3-5的水液(按商品重量计算)；
       5、使用配制时按固体:清水=1:5(W/V)左右先混合溶解后，再加水稀释至上述浓度即可。

注意事项
       1、每次配制的水溶液不可放置时间过长，以免降低使用效果。
       2、产品有效贮存期：液体半年，固体一年。固体产吕受潮后仍然可使用。
       3、不同厂家或不同牌号的水处理药剂不能混合使用，并且不得与其它化学药品混存，应防水防潮。
